As my birthday weekend comes to an end, I realized I have some really amazing people in my life. I’m feeling extremely blessed and grateful for everyone who made it special. Cheers to another year around the sun. I love you all 💯

10 years today was the day our souls found one another. An energy I still till this day remember like it was yesterday. Standing at the Olympia Expo watching the show. You standing behind me, the thoughts in my head were "what is this?" We barely knew eachother but were being pulled together by this cosmic force that was so overwhelming I couldn't even focus on what I was watching in front of me. Your presence was exactly what I had asked for. I fought it because my past relationships made it seem this didnt exist. When I had given up hope on finding the person and relationship I deserved you showed up out of nowhere.

Fast Forward 10 years later. I see you across the room and still crave your presence. You are the calm to my storm. You are the strength to my weaknesses. To say we were destined to find eachother sounds so cheesy but couldn't be more true.

Thank you for loving me the way you do. Thank you for choosing me everyday. Thank you battling life with me, and thank you for living life to the fullest with me.

I cant wait to see the next 10 years!

COACHES NEED COACHES. 🎯

I’ve been a trainer and coach for 10 years. But when I stepped into competitive bodybuilding, I knew experience alone wasn’t going to get me where I wanted to go. 🏆🔝

I entered this sport later in life, and if I wanted to close the gap FAST, I needed to invest in people who had already accomplished what I was chasing.🙌🏾

In just my first year, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the game:
🏆 @therealjamilfrazier — My first health coach/ business Mentor
🏆 IFBB Pro @khi_evans — my first bodybuilding coach/ Trainer
🏆 @brandon.d.hendrickson — 3× Men’s Physique Mr. Olympia / 2× Arnold Champion
🏆 @joshxmata — elite posing coach to pros & Olympians
🏆 @e_bankssss — Mr. Olympia / 2× Arnold Champion
🏆 @_cutz_ — top prep coach to pros & Olympians

I’ve invested a lot of time, money, travel and sacrifice into getting around people who could expose my weaknesses, sharpen my craft and accelerate my growth.

And then I did the most important part:

I LISTENED. I APPLIED IT. I DID THE WORK.

That’s one of the biggest reasons I’ve been able to progress so quickly in this sport. 💪🏾

A great coach is a cheat code, not because they do the work for you, but because they can save you YEARS of trying to figure everything out yourself.

If you’ve been stuck in the same place, stop thinking you have to do everything alone.

Find someone who has helped people get where you want to go. Invest in yourself. Be coachable. Then execute.

I coach because I believe in coaching. 💪🏾💯

And I’ll never stop being a student. 🧠 💪🏾

Venice you stole our hearts 💕 🇮🇹

Walking the narrow streets and getting lost was straight out of a movie.

Eating some of the best food and gelato.

Seeing your beautiful history

Figuring out the ferry system down the grand canal and ending up on the wrong platform and all the water taxis were closing up. We eventually made it back to our hotel.

Spending half a day was a perfect ending to our trip.
