Here’s the exact recipe ⬇️ Thai-inspired pomelo salad meets Indian papdi chaat in this Indo-Thai fusion, and the combination is SO good! The sweet, sour, spicy, crunchy and creamy flavours work together beautifully, and everyone in my family, from the youngest to the oldest, loved it. There’s genuinely nothing not to like! For the papdi chaat: • Papdi • Pomelo, grapefruit or orange, peeled and separated into bite-sized pieces • Toasted rice powder • Desiccated coconut powder • Khatti-meethi imli chutney • Sugar • Soy sauce • Lime juice and lime zest • Finely chopped green chillies • Finely chopped coriander (optional) For the topping: • Cream cheese, for piping • Kalonji seeds or black sesame seeds How to make it: 1. Mix the citrus fruit with toasted rice powder, desiccated coconut, imli chutney, chillies, sugar, soy sauce, lime juice, lime zest, cumin powder, and coriander. 2. Spoon the filling over individual papdis. 3. Pipe little dollops of cream cheese on top and finish with kalonji or black sesame seeds. That’s literally it! Here’s the exact recipe ⬇️ For 8–10 small or 6–8 medium-sized truffles that are chewy, soft, buttery, and SO, SO good! 🤎 Ingredients: • 1 cup / 200 g whole cashews • ⅓ cup sugar • ⅓ cup water • 8–10 Biscoff biscuits • ½ cup Biscoff spread, divided • 150 g white chocolate (about ½ cup, chopped) Method: 1. Grind the cashews and Biscoff biscuits separately into fine powders. Keep aside. 2. In a preferably non-stick pan, add sugar and water. Once the sugar dissolves, add the cashew powder and cook, stirring continuously, until the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add 1 tsp ghee and mix. 3. Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the crushed Biscoff biscuits and ¼ cup Biscoff spread. Mix well. 4. Roll into small, smooth balls and refrigerate until firm. Honestly, these are SO good even on their own! 🤌🏻 5. Melt the white chocolate with the remaining ¼ cup Biscoff spread in the microwave or using a double boiler until completely smooth. If it’s too thick, add 1 tsp coconut oil or a neutral oil to thin it out. 6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, let the excess drip off, and freeze for a few minutes until set. And just like that, your Biscoff Kaju Katli Truffles are ready! ✨ Trust me, the combination of nutty kaju katli and caramelised, biscuity Biscoff is unreal. Make these once, and you’ll be asked to make them for every occasion! 🤎 (Biscoff Kaju Katli Truffles, Biscoff Kaju Katli, Kaju Katli Truffles, Fusion Indian Sweets, Diwali 2026 Recipes, Diwali Desserts, Diwali Mithai, Easy Diwali Sweets, Indian Fusion Desserts, Kaju Katli Recipe, Biscoff Desserts, Homemade Kaju Katli, Diwali Sweet Recipes, Festive Dessert Recipes, Diwali Gift Ideas) #BiscoffKajuKatli #KajuKatli #DiwaliRecipes #IndianFusionDesserts #DiwaliDesserts by @khushiibaranwal
DOUBLE MALT CHOCO CHIP COOKIES 🍪🤎 Ingredients (makes 6 large, chunky cookies) • 90 g butter — 6 tbsp + 1 tsp • 80 g brown sugar — ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp • 35 g white sugar — 2 tbsp + 2 tsp • 1 large egg (50 g), beaten — approx. 3 tbsp • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 60 g Horlicks — ½ cup • 125 g maida — 1 cup • ½ tsp baking soda • ½ tsp salt • 140–160 g chocolate chips/chunks — ¾–1 cup • Flaky salt, optional Method 👩🏻‍🍳 1. Brown the butter 🧈 Cook butter over medium heat until foamy, golden brown and nutty-smelling. Remove from heat and cool for 5–7 minutes. 2. Mix sugars, egg & vanilla 🥣 Add both sugars to the butter. Whisk in the beaten egg and vanilla until glossy and well combined. 3. Add dry ingredients 🤎 Mix in Horlicks, maida, baking soda and salt until just combined. Don’t overmix. 4. Fold in chocolate 🍫 Add the chocolate chips/chunks, reserving some for the tops. 5. Shape the cookies 🍪 Divide into 6 equal portions and roll into chunky balls. Don’t flatten. Press the reserved chocolate on top. 6. Chill ❄️ Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes. This helps the cookies stay thick while baking. 7. Bake 🔥 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12–13 minutes. The edges should be golden and set, while the centres still look slightly underbaked. 8. Cool on the tray 🤎 Leave on the hot tray for 10–15 minutes to finish cooking and set. Important notes ✨ • Let the browned butter cool slightly before adding the egg. • Don’t skip chilling or overmix the dough. • Slightly underbaked centres = gooey cookies! • Let the cookies cool on the tray before transferring. Finish & enjoy! 🤎 Sprinkle with flaky salt while warm, if you like, and enjoy that deep, toasted, caramelly, biscuity malt flavour.
