My mom would have turned 67 this week. I’ve been thinking about the things I wish I’d told her (or that she told me) before she passed when I was 18.

Maybe that’s part of why I collect postcards. I love hearing what my friends + family tried, learned, and think I’d love about a place. Little pieces of their lives I get to keep.

Sharing a few I’ve collected over the years. Also, let’s keep the collection growing 😊

A summer well spent #momentsofjoy

Believe it or not I actually slowed down a lot this summer. Spent most of my time with my loves and solo (or with books lol)

2016 keeps popping up on the feed, and I love it.

That year, I was two years into running City Fit Girls *run club*. Dozens of women showing up, running together, moving together, building something before we knew what it would become.

This weekend felt like a mirror.
An all-girls trip to LA with RIDC and ASICS for the Move Her Mind Summit.
Connecting with athletes and other business leaders in this space.

Then closing it out back in Philly speaking to about 100 high school athletes about reputation, leadership, and what sports can shape in you long before the world is watching.

Different rooms. Same purpose.
Still about movement. Still about girls seeing what’s possible. Some things don’t change. They grow. 🌺 by @kierasmalls
