Kona 2025 💔 Crashed out at mile 65.

Incredibly thankful for athletes and volunteers who scraped my unconscious body off the road and took care of me at the hospital. My friends who got me home and keeping me alive. Not taking a day for granted but we are still hungry… We’ll be back! 🌺 by @kiki_koep

IM 70.3 World Champs in Taupo, NZ ✨

10th AG at a World Champs race was beyond my imagination. 2024 was a year filled with high highs and very low lows and I am proud I got to the start and finish line healthy. Big thank you to master mind JD, BAC Master’s coaches, my family, friends, @runresilientlydpt and of course my @bacmasters & @goldengatetriathlonclub training buddies.

Finishing the year with a 💥 and can’t wait for 2025! taken in IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship by @kiki_koep

Incredibly fun, rewarding race! Eternally grateful for my family who came out to cheer and support, my coaches who push me to get better every single day, @bacmasters & @goldengatetriathlonclub who keep me accountable and make sure I don’t lose the fun. Lastly, my friends who are always there to support even though I often say no to non-Tri related activities… Not promising that this is changing 🙃 Next up IM Worlds in Nice 🇫🇷 taken in Ironman European Championship Hamburg by @kiki_koep

Season opened successfully with 🥈AG, the fastest AG bike split and overall going sub 5 at Oceanside 70.3. Loved the bike course and finished it off with a strong half marathon PR. For the swim… it can only get better 🙃

Next up: Championship Season
🇩🇪 IM Hamburg - June
🇫🇷 IM Worlds in Nice - September
🇳🇿 70.3 Worlds in Taupo - December

Couldn’t have done it without my coaches, friends, family and of course @goldengatetriathlonclub and @bacmasters 🫶🏻 by @kiki_koep

What an Ironman journey… 11:06:57 - 4th AG, 13th OA.
6 months of 430am Zwifts, 530am swims and very long bike rides and runs later, first full IM ✔️
It was a transformative journey that I could not have done by myself. Grateful for my coach JD, my number 1 training partners @imtheproblemitsamy & @viclfeng and @goldengatetriathlonclub & @bacmasters family who kept me accountable and constantly pushed my limits!

A little bit of recovery, lots of time with my non-Tri friends 💚and then Berlin Marathon and Indian Wells 70.3 are next 👀 by @kiki_koep
