This summer was filled with so many memories. Yesterday marked the beginning of a new school year but I am so happy that I’ve learned to pour into myself as much as I do my students. Thank you to the people in my life that have made this year so special. taken in Anaheim, California by @killah_kamkam

Progress isn’t linear. The first photo is from October 2025 and the second is from today, August 2026. I won’t say I have been consistent and never missed a gym day. I’ve missed plenty, but no matter what I keep going. I might miss a day or even a week, but no matter what I keep showing up. The change in my body might be small to some but to me it’s more than I thought I was capable of. I feel strong and more comfortable in my own body. I am not done with this journey, I’ve only just begun. But it’s important to see where you were so you can see how far you have come. #bodygoals #fitness #weightliftingwomen taken in Anaheim, California by @killah_kamkam
