New season starts today. It’s been lovely swimming outdoors in the 30+ degrees sun, but somehow I’ve got to get my head around doing the GB Ice Champs in December 🥶 Tips welcome…

Welsh Summer Champs over and out. 2025-26 season done ✔️

Happy to finish with 🥉 on 200m breast stroke (18 & over age group) alongside my buddy @katierees_98 once again & managed to drop 5 sec in 6 weeks since British Masters. Onward and upwards.

Cheers to @oxolt_performance for cramming an emergency strength block and to @gwardell2018 & the wonderful @cardiffswimclub coaching team. I feel very lucky and proud to be part of this fantastic club 💙💛 taken in Wales National Pool Swansea by @killershark1972

6 months into 2026 and don’t think my invitation to the sprint revolution is going to be forthcoming.

Proud of my buddy @katierees_98 - now Doc Katie PhD 🎉 You’re officially a brain box, but here’s to many more years of talking absolute rubbish at swim meets! ❤️
