POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Elsie’s first few days… she’s played in her bed. But not yet used it for its primary purpose!

She’s slept like the big dog (Maddie❤️)

She’s had morning cuddles in our bed

She’s had the most exciting present through the post. Thank you Auntie Helen @killershark1972 & Auntie Viv ❤️

She’s explored the garden with the big girl

Looked cute outside

Meanwhile the boys are still furious & camping under the tarpaulin in the garden….

The best endurance athletes aren’t the ones who train the most. 👇

After 30 years of coaching, I’ve seen it time and time again.
The athletes who get the best results aren’t the ones doing hero sessions and chasing big volume.
They’re the ones who show up. Week after week. Month after month. Year after year.
Without breaking down.
That’s durability. And it’s the real secret to long term progress.

ARE YOU A VOLUME CHASER OR A CONSISTENCY KEEPER?
