V I V I D.

The next single from my sophomore album; Pleasance. Out August 21st.

“Through years of instability and unrest, I came to land in a fluffy, safe nest, so beautiful and warm and cosy. Vivid explores not wanting the dream to end, hoping to stay amongst the clouds forever, never waking to a cold, bleak reality and plunging back into the mundane, the grey, the loveless.”

Pleasance is available for pre-order on vinyl NOW! via the link in my bio. You can also pre-save for digital streaming.

“Pleasance is full circle. From mourning, to growing, to losing to loving to coming to rest. It explores my journey from start to finish from childhood to present day. It traverses my shortcomings, my anchors and finally finding joy and peace in the mundane; the everyday.

I wanted this album to be the antithesis to New Moult, my shedding of skins. Pleasance is finally feeling at home in my own body, navigating life in spite of it all. I love the metaphor of a secluded garden inside my head where all the beautiful things live, attached to a bigger enclosure where everything else resides.”

I’m so grateful and so privileged to be able to share more music with you all. Life is strange and sad and beautiful and you just gotta make art about it 🪽🪽🪽🪽 by @killqueenie

W.A what a treat!!!! 24 hours or so of travel all up and we frikken did it !!

@honkytonkfreo was a dream, thank you @donny.f.goodman and the resident line dancers for an incredible night!!

@waverockweekender was insane, I haven’t had that much fun post show in a long ass time !!!!

massive thanks to @bronte.miltrup who learned all my songs in like 5 days and to our Barbara @izzyrodin who filled in on the kit and nailed every single freaky snare hit, what a privilege to be surrounded by incredible musicians 💖💖💖

thank u @connorhartmusiclove for these bomb ass digi cam pics and for u and @poly__pockett and @dolce.diva99 for adopting me post show and to @ayseyuh for the vids and pics ❤️❤️

And I guess to stinky @brendanspaghettifingers and @tall_max_ii for being my ride or dies 💘💘

It was incredible and so overwhelming to see the comments on my last post about how insanely expensive it is to be an artist rn , but one thing I do know is our community will conquer all no matter what, there will be art and there will be music !!! (Also sorry I’ve not had 5 mins to scratch my arse in the last 5 days I promise I’m getting back to u all slowly!!)

Next stop Gadigal/Syd !!! October 9th!! Ticket link in bio baby 😎😎😎💖💖💖 by @killqueenie

SORRY LONG VIDEO. I wanna preface this by saying I am SO privileged and lucky to be able to sit in my warm house and say this stuff and I also have an incredible team around me who work so fucking hard to push me further, I literally could not do it without them. Genuinely. Music is my true love and I’ll never quit; I’ll keep going til I drop dead on stage I promise. But if u wanna buy a bag of my pubes for $2k hit my DMs baby. by @killqueenie
