In yogic philosophy, santosha is the practice of contentment: finding joy in what is, not what’s next. And sthira sukham asanam reminds us that our posture, and our life, should be steady and at ease. You don’t have to rush to be worthy. You don’t have to earn your rest.

So today: smile for no reason. Smell some flowers. Take the long way. Savor your coffee. Notice the sky. Let every single moment be a little invitation to come home to yourself. ✨

If you’re craving that slowdown, come flow with me. Join me for classes that will help you move, breathe, and melt into the present. All levels welcome. 🧘‍♀️

Some moments don’t need words, just a deep breath and a full heart. 🤍 I’ve been so lucky to not just have @xoarcher as my best friend since college but as a sister & baby momma (inside joke🙃). She feels like home, her family feels like home and I felt so honored to be part of this magical day. Congratulations to my sister from another Mr on finding your 2nd forever person, cuz I was here first 🤣🤣. May your love always feel like coming home to yourself. 🧘‍♀️✨

Namaste, my love. Here’s to a lifetime of balance, breath, and boundless joy.

🎂IT'S MY BIRTHDAY MONTH — and the best gift is celebrating WITH you 🎂

Virgo season means it's time to slow down, move with intention, and gather in community. So instead of one party, I'm giving you a whole month of ways to celebrate together:

✨ Ecstatic Dance for Peace with @shouk_it_up — Sept 19th, 4-8pm @ Greenshire Institute, Quakertown PA ($20 | link in bio)

🌿 Yoga for a Cause: A Day of Holistic Care — Sept 26th, 10am-2pm @ The Grange Estate

🔥 Flow with Me — Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am, Thursdays 6:00pm @radiantheartbroomall

🧘‍♀️ Warrior Flow — Wednesdays, 9:30am & 6:15pm

So many ways to move, breathe, dance, and reset — all month long. Come celebrate on the mat or the nature dance floor, in silence, in movement and stillness.

Last night, we let sound do the holding.

Crystal bowls filled the room while each person received an individual tuning fork attunement, creating space to rest, receive, and turn the volume down on everything else for a little while.

No rushing. No figuring anything out. Just an evening to get comfortable, close your eyes, and be surrounded by sound.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Held in Sound. There was something really special about this one. 🤍

From our monthly Sound Baths to special sound experiences throughout the year, there is always another opportunity to come in, get comfortable, and let yourself receive. taken in Radiant Heart by @killtheday_philly

What if you could feel the sound, not just hear it?

Our Sound Bath and Tuning Fork Experience surrounds you with the soothing vibrations of singing bowls while tuning forks bring the sound closer to the body.

Come slow down, take a deep breath, and make space for what you love.

Friday, September 11 at 7:00 PM

Space is limited. Reserve yours through the link in our bio. 🤍 taken in Radiant Heart by @killtheday_philly
