We really tried to come up with five. 😂
Turns out, we’ve got nothing.
So if you were looking for a sign to skip yoga tomorrow… this isn’t it.

Your mat is waiting. Come move, breathe, reset, and start your day with us.

See you at Radiant Heart. 🤎

We just wrapped up @flowfestphilly , and I am feeling incredibly grateful and capable. Wildly capable.

Thank you to Cassandra and Tiffany, our community partners, vendors, volunteers, sponsors, instructors, and everyone who showed up and helped make this event happen, especially everyone who powered through the rain with us.

This was easily one of the biggest promotional projects I’ve taken on outside of my work in the music industry, and I’m really proud of what I brought to the team. A LOT of promotion, planning, coordination, problem-solving, and, yes, a ridiculous amount of my own gear went into making this happen. 😂

Now that it’s over, I also feel like I understand why Noel recommended me for this project in the first place. We got this shit done with a lot of care.

The full recap will probably take me a couple of weeks. Our drone operator wasn’t able to make it/make the recap video, so I’ll be filling in some of those gaps myself.

For now, I’m drying out gear to limit mold & electrical rust, taking very sweet care of my wet DJ controller 🥲, decompressing, and reflecting on just how much work went into what we created.

I’m very excited to continue building Fire and Flow Arts for Philadelphia, and I hope to see you with Minimal Chaos Productions and at Flow Fest Philly 2027.

Shout out to: @gregoryhample, @tanookitwirls, @marianna.dance1029, @jewelissa, @hoopskailahjoy_, @thehoopdoc, @sacredsirenn, @laurenraske_7txs, @sakitawine4me, @samthesaber, @3rd_gen_isler, @hannah.cirque, @flowfests, @noeltech, @f.ae_f.atale, @notjustaprettybase, @dr.circus_clown, @lexackson, @ninja__witch, @danceswithribbons, @spirit_lab_, @gingerrpuss, @noodlyflow, @boogleplexcircus, @getupart, @allgoodles & more!

We are still smiling thinking about Yoga for a Cause at the Grange! 🤍 Together, we raised $1,005 for the Grange Estate, and our hearts are so full.

Seeing this beautiful historic space filled with yoga, live music, sound, meditation, and so many wonderful local offerings was such a joy. Everywhere you turned, there was something to experience and someone to connect with. The day came together so beautifully, and that was because of all of you.

To our teachers, volunteers, vendors, and everyone who joined us: thank you for sharing your time, your talents, and your generosity. And to the caretakers and team at the Grange, thank you for welcoming us back for a second year and helping us bring it all to life.

We are so grateful to this community for coming together to support such a special place.

What was your favorite part of the day?

Meet the Radiant Heart teacher team. They’re the people who welcome you when you walk in, remember the little things you share, and make space for you to show up exactly as you are. Every teacher brings something different to the mat, but they all bring the same care for this community.

That’s the heart of Radiant Heart.

Another chapter down, a lifetime to go. ❤️

It has truly been an honor to watch you evolve over the years. From the incredible mother you’ve always been, to the entrepreneur you’ve become, to the loving and caring soul you are to everyone around you… and, of course, the phenomenal wife I’m lucky enough to call mine.

I don’t take a single moment of this journey for granted.

You’re my best friend, my partner, and my ride or die until the end of time. And I truly believe that no matter how many lives we get, no matter how many timelines exist, somehow… we find each other in every single one.

Through every version of us, every chapter, every timeline… it’ll always be you and me.

My Rogue. My Cher. ❤️

I love you more than you will ever truly know.

Happy Birthday, ma chérie. Here’s to another chapter… and a lifetime more to write together. ❤️♠️
