Just about a month ago, our neighbor found a box of 3(ish) week old kittens on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Tom and I decided to keep two of them. Say hello to Miss Kitty Fantastico (grey kitten) and Professor Chaos (orange kitten).

✨ REWIND: Radford Community Fest 2026 ✨ The streets of Radford came alive on August 22nd, and we're still catching our breath. Wings on the ground. Wings in the sky. Stilt walkers towering above the crowd. Bubbles drifting through the summer air like little pockets of magic. This wasn't just a festival; it was a mood. Fluidity Performance brought the full experience to East Main Street: roaming performers weaving through the crowd, juggling acts that stopped people mid-step, and those moments where a stranger locks eyes with a 9-foot stilt walker in wings and just… smiles.

This is what we do. We don't add entertainment to your event. We alter the physics of the room, or in this case, the whole street. Thank you, Radford, for letting us be part of something beautiful. Until next time. 🦋

Performer Announcement 2!

Kim is a multi-disciplinary circus performer and coach with a specialty in making gravity her bitch. She chooses to triumph over that overwhelming force via contortion and vertical apprarati. Ever since she learned how to climb fabric, in 2014, she has hardly been able to come out of the air. While living in the Chicago suburbs, Aloft Circus Arts was her circus home. There she worked with aerial and flexibility coaches: Hayley Larson, Natalie Abel, and Julie Marshall. In 2021 she started training full time at the renowned New England Center for Circus Arts, where she switched her focus to contortion under the guidance of Stephanie Abrams.

From 2022–2024, Kim performed as a company artist with Caroline Calouche & Co, further honing her stagecraft through ensemble work and theatrical circus productions. In 2025, she debuted her self-produced pop-up gallery and performance project, I Am Woman, Watch Me Bleed, an exploration of contortion as feminist protest art, using the body as a medium to amplify conversations about autonomy and resilience.

As an adult sized child, Kim just wants to have fun and do cool stuff! To her that means big dynamic movements, death defying drops, intricate wraps, and splits for claps (ha that rhymes)! She enjoys creating high energy acts with a lot of personality and a healthy helping of corny humor.

When this bendy babe doesn’t have her feet over her head, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and their dog. Their activities include but are not limited to eating food, watching reruns, and “attempting photosynthesis.”
