Four months. Four major wins. One completely different woman. This is Hayley. In just four months at the start of the year, everything shifted. And not just physically. Let’s break it down. What Hayley achieved: • Dropped body fat and built a physique she’s genuinely proud of • Opened new career opportunities and backed herself professionally • Developed a new level of confidence in her decisions • Started waking up with energy and positivity, not just to an alarm None of this happened by chance. It was built. One decision at a time. How we did it: • A plan she could actually stick to, without hating her life • Daily consistency. Not exciting, but incredibly effective • The Last Diet Framework, so she always knew what mattered most • Honest check-ins, reframes and realignment when life inevitably got busy What Hayley walked away with: • A system she can now run on her own • Habits that don’t disappear when structure eases • Proof that health and ambition can coexist • A new identity. Someone who follows things through This is what sustainable change looks like. Not a before and after. A before and after that still holds. If you’ve been telling yourself you’ll start when life calms down, consider this your reminder that it rarely does. My doors are currently closed, but the WAITLIST is open. DM WAITLIST to secure your place for January and make this the last time you wait for the “right time”. by @kimberlyogan101
A big welcome to my page. Now you are here… this is what I do. I help busy women feel like themselves again. The ones juggling children, work, a home… and constantly putting themselves last. The ones who want to feel better, but can’t seem to find the time. The ones who have tried before… and ended up starting over again. Everything I do is built around real life. Not extremes. Not cutting everything out. Not spending hours in the gym. Just structure, support, and doing things properly. So you can feel confident in your own skin, have more energy, and actually enjoy your life again. If that sounds like you… you’re in the right place. And if you’re ready to get started, by @kimberlyogan101
5 things that took my client from A to B… (and one you might not like 😏) Number one was transparency. No guessing, no grey areas, no “I think I’m doing it right”. She knew exactly what she was doing and why, every single week. Number two, we didn’t avoid real life. Social events weren’t something to fear or wing. We planned them, chose what was worth it, and kept the goal in mind. Number three, we didn’t go all in. No crazy step targets or training 7 days a week. We started where she was at and built it up properly. Number four, she stayed in her lane. No comparing, no jumping between plans, no getting distracted by what everyone else was doing. We gave it time and stuck to it. Number five, she had support. The people around her knew what she was working towards and backed her, which makes a bigger difference than most people realise. And number six… She got a coach. She stopped trying to figure it all out on her own and actually followed something through. This didn’t happen overnight. It happened because we did the basics properly, for long enough. If you want results like this, Message me RESULTS by @kimberlyogan101
WHEN SOMEONE COMES TO ME WEIGHING 119LBS, THE GOAL ISN’T WEIGHT LOSS! And Mandy is a perfect example of why. You see, weight loss and fat loss are two very different things. When you lose weight, that weight could be water, muscle or body fat. The scales don’t tell you which one you’re losing. Mandy didn’t need to lose weight. Her goal was to reduce body fat, build muscle and create a stronger, more defined physique. To achieve that, we needed to continue building muscle through progressive strength training whilst gradually reducing body fat to reveal more definition. AND THE THING THAT MAKES MANDY’S TRANSFORMATION EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE! Mandy is also a runner, covering some pretty big distances! And when you’re running those sorts of distances, eating enough to fuel your runs whilst maintaining and building muscle can be quite a balancing act. WE HAVEN’T DRASTICALLY SLASHED HER CALORIES! In fact, at certain points Mandy has been eating over 2,000 calories a day, with her lowest intake being around 1,650. Because physiques like Mandy’s aren’t created overnight. THEY’RE GRAFTED FOR! They take months of consistent gym sessions, progressively getting stronger and eating the right amount of food to support the body you’re trying to build. And one of the biggest changes is learning to stop seeing food as the enemy. Food isn’t cheating. It’s fuel! It’s what allows you to train hard, recover, build muscle and still enjoy the foods you love. These transformations take time because we’re not simply chasing a lower number on the scales. We’re changing body composition, building strength and creating something sustainable. And that’s exactly why they’re so special. So today I want to celebrate Mandy and the incredible amount of work she’s put into creating this physique. Mandy, you’ve worked incredibly hard for this, and it shows! 🩷 If you’re tired of chasing a lower number on the scales and want to build a stronger, more defined physique, I’d love to help. 5 ACTIONS I’M TAKING AFTER 7 DAYS ALL-INCLUSIVE ☀️ I’ve eaten more than I normally would, enjoyed a few too many baklavas 😂 and had a lovely week away! But now I’m home, it’s time to get straight back into my usual routine. Here’s exactly what I’m doing. 1. GET MY TESCO SHOPPING DONE! Before you go on holiday, you naturally start running down the food in your cupboards and fridge. So the first thing I’m doing is restocking all my usual quick fixes and non-negotiables. Because if I haven’t got the food in the house, how am I supposed to eat it? 2. GET STRAIGHT BACK TO TRACKING MY FOOD. Tracking is something I naturally do in my day-to-day life, so even if my meals aren’t perfectly planned out yet, I’ll start logging what I’m eating straight away. There’s power in knowing what you’re eating, and it helps me get back into my usual routine. 3. GET MY DAILY STEPS BACK UP. No extra cardio sessions to make up for the holiday! Just getting back into my usual daily movement, school runs, walks and hitting my step target. 4. GET MY SUPPLEMENTS BACK INTO MY ROUTINE. Nothing fancy, just getting back into the habit of taking the supplements I normally use. It’s one of those little things that can easily slip when you’re away. 5. GET BACK INTO STRENGTH TRAINING ASAP! I’ve had plenty of extra calories over the last week, and I’m certainly not letting them go to waste! 😂 I’d much rather put that extra energy into a decent training session and get straight back to lifting. THE IMPORTANT PART TO REMEMBER… I’m not cutting my calories ridiculously low, I’m not doing a detox, and I’m certainly not feeling guilty about enjoying my holiday! I’m simply getting back to the habits that work for me. Because ONE WEEK ON HOLIDAY DOESN’T UNDO MONTHS OF CONSISTENCY. And if you’re a busy woman who struggles to get back on track after holidays, weekends or special occasions, this is exactly what I help my clients with. HIGH-PROTEIN CHICKEN FRIED RICE! 🍗🍚🤤 Now THIS is my kind of meal prep! Chicken fried rice that’s packed with protein, full of flavour and gives your favourite Chinese takeaway a run for its money! And the best part? You can make a big batch to keep you going throughout the week. Perfect for busy women who haven’t got hours to spend in the kitchen! 🛒 INGREDIENTS 🍗 600g shredded chicken 🥚 6 eggs 🍚 450g cooked jasmine rice 🥕 300g frozen mixed vegetables (peas, sweetcorn and carrots) 🌶️ 40ml sweet chilli sauce 🥢 40ml soy sauce 🌱 Spring onions 👩‍🍳 METHOD Follow the Reel to see how it all comes together! You can also halve the ingredients if you’re making a smaller batch. AND THIS IS WHAT I WANT MORE WOMEN TO UNDERSTAND… Losing body fat doesn’t mean giving up the foods you enjoy! You can still eat rice, enjoy your favourite takeaway-inspired meals and have food that actually tastes GOOD. It’s about getting enough protein, managing your portions and making your nutrition work around your lifestyle. Because when you’re juggling work, children and everything else, having meals ready to go can make a HUGE difference! NEARLY 20KG DOWN AND STILL MAKING PROGRESS! 🩷 And the best part? We’ve achieved these results through ONLINE coaching, despite living in different countries! When this lovely lady first came to me, one of her questions was whether she needed an in-person personal trainer to get the best results. Well, I think the results speak for themselves! We’ve worked together across countries and time zones, with a structured plan, regular communication and plenty of accountability. And what a journey it’s been! We’ve been through: An initial fat-loss phase to drop body fat. A muscle-building phase to develop strength and shape. A shorter fat-loss phase to bring everything together. And now? She’s eating nearly 2,000 calories a day, training hard and continuing to improve her physique! AND THIS IS WHAT I WANT MORE WOMEN TO UNDERSTAND. You don’t need to spend your life dieting to maintain your results. You don’t need someone physically standing beside you in the gym. And you certainly don’t need to put your entire life on hold! We’ve worked around holidays, ski trips, family life and everything else that comes with being a busy woman. There have been challenges, plateaus and moments of doubt, but she’s continued to show up, and I’m incredibly proud of what she’s achieved. THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE A PLAN, FOLLOW THE PLAN AND TRUST THE PROCESS. If you’re a busy woman aged 35+ who wants to lose body fat, build strength and finally feel confident in your body, I’d love to help you achieve your own transformation. BURNOUT WILL FIND YOU BEFORE THE RIGHT TIME DOES. And unfortunately, I’m seeing this happen far too often. Over the last few months, I’ve spoken to so many women who want to start prioritising their health. But there’s always something. Work’s too busy. The children need them. There’s a holiday coming up. Family commitments. And their own health keeps getting pushed further down the list. BUT HERE’S WHAT WORRIES ME… Some of those same women are now coming back to me completely burnt out. They’re exhausted, their health is suffering, and suddenly looking after themselves isn’t something they can keep putting off. And when you think about it, is it really surprising? Skipping meals because you’re too busy. Grabbing whatever food is convenient. Surviving on caffeine because you’re exhausted. Barely moving and constantly running on stress. YOU CAN’T KEEP RUNNING ON EMPTY FOREVER. And I know how difficult it can be to change things when you’re already juggling a million responsibilities. Because figuring out what to eat, when to train and how to fit it all in can feel like ANOTHER job! AND THAT’S WHERE HAVING A COACH CAN MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE. Someone to help you put structure into your week, get your nutrition right and make time for movement without adding another 20 things to your to-do list. Because looking after yourself shouldn’t mean sacrificing everything else. TIME IS GOING TO PASS REGARDLESS. Please don’t wait until you’re completely burnt out before you decide your health matters too. If you’re a busy working woman aged 35+ who’s constantly putting herself last, comment COACHING below and let’s get you started. 🩷 by @kimberlyogan101
