This is Movement, God’s Way 🤍

We don’t move to punish our bodies.
We move from self-love and stewardship, honoring what God already called good.

“For we are God’s masterpiece.” — Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

This is just the beginning.

Don’t sit in frustration about having no energy, no motivation or feeling sick and tired.

Change starts with action. Every step you take helps you trade fatigue, pain and frustration for energy, confidence and freedom.

This is your sign to start moving.

𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐭. 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭. 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬.

Regaining your health, confidence and strength comes with ups and downs.

As long as you 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭, and 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬; you will hit your goals.

The only way you'll miss the goal is if you give up.

Go back to the basics.

The first thing I recommend my clients who are new on the exercise journey is to go back to these four basic movements:

• squats
• hip hinges
• push movements
• pull movements

These are the foundational movements we use in our day-to-day life AND the basis for all exercises.

By creating a strong foundation in your muscles and joints you will see better results overtime and decrease your risk of injury down the road.
