This World Mental Health Day, take a moment to check in with yourself and the people you care about. That might mean making time for a pause, reaching out to a friend, or giving someone space to share how they’re feeling.

You don’t need to have the perfect words to start a conversation, and you don’t have to navigate difficult moments alone.

Our team is here to listen and support you. Explore our rapid access counselling services through the link in our bio. by @kindred_ab

Thank you, Kindred community 🌼

We’re so grateful to everyone who helped us celebrate the opening of our new Program Centre. Families, friends, supporters, and community partners came together for an afternoon of connection, activities, and learning.

After marking this new chapter with an official ribbon-cutting, guests explored the space, met our team, and learned more about the programs and services supporting children, youth, parents, and caregivers across Calgary.

To everyone who spent the afternoon with us, thank you for making our new space already feel like home. We can’t wait to see all the moments of connection, growth, and belonging that unfold here. by @kindred_ab
