Deuce and Sky had a wonderful session with @nicolesgotsole and we're able to share with us just how happy they are with our wolfpack! Letting me know that they will be ok when I leave for a few days. If you ever wonder if your dog is happy, sad, would like more treats or if they have pain anywhere, I highly suggest getting a session with Nicole! Leaving them alone while I am out of town has been nerve racking for me but I have peace now! Y'all know how much they mean to me ❤️ by @kinetixbodyscience

Wow… what a day.
@the_farm_games 2026 🤠🔥

We lifted heavy things.
We pushed our limits.
We went head-to-head with some of the strongest women in Texas… and showed up anyway.

It was fast.
It was chaotic.
It was loud.
And every second of it — electric.

The rain came.
The mud came.
And instead of slowing us down… it made it even better.

Girls were cheering each other on mid-event.
Strangers became teammates.
And for a moment, it wasn’t just competition — it was pure grit, energy, and community.

This wasn’t just about strength…
It was about heart.
About showing up when it’s messy.
About proving to yourself what you’re capable of.

And damn… these women delivered 💪

Already hungry for the next one.

This weeks featured athlete is none other than Mrs. Badass @rxesthetics_atx 💥 Ashley is co-owner of @voodoocrossfit with very impressive numbers! #cleanandjerk 170 lbs, #deadlift 336 lbs, #squat 260 lbs. #frontsquat 245 lbs, #bench 136 lbs! I would like to start my weekly highlighted athletes/clients with @busymomlifts. Not only is Mona an accomplished #olympicweightlifter, but she has the ability to come back to her training after giving birth to her son after 5 weeks! Her 2 year old daughter is already following in her parents' footsteps! Nothing can stop him! @314n1ck been staying at the top of his game with his weekly therapy but in football injuries occur. Who would’ve ever thought that @sethmckee would be able to jump on a #bodybuilding stage after undergoing cancer surgery just 2 years ago and dropping over 60 pounds?? At the time he was already training really hard for a show when he was diagnosed with cancer, but that did not hold Seth back from his fitness and competition goals! After his surgery, he jumped right back into training with @renegarganta and was able to step on stage at the #npcTexasCup and the #npcSanAntonioClassic in 2023 and just this passed weekend the #npcTexasProAm I am so honored to have been a part of his journey! Well @vallman123 did it again! She dominated the #olympictrials2024 with a throw of 70.73 meters! A whopping 8 meters farther than the #2!
