Wow… what a day.
@the_farm_games 2026 🤠🔥

We lifted heavy things.
We pushed our limits.
We went head-to-head with some of the strongest women in Texas… and showed up anyway.

It was fast.
It was chaotic.
It was loud.
And every second of it — electric.

The rain came.
The mud came.
And instead of slowing us down… it made it even better.

Girls were cheering each other on mid-event.
Strangers became teammates.
And for a moment, it wasn’t just competition — it was pure grit, energy, and community.

This wasn’t just about strength…
It was about heart.
About showing up when it’s messy.
About proving to yourself what you’re capable of.

And damn… these women delivered 💪

Already hungry for the next one.

A huge thank you to @cody.fitfarmer and his team for hosting an epic event!!!

Then a huge thank you to my husband @jdelacey90 @sweetscienceoffighting and my two amazing kiddos, without you I wouldn’t be doing this.

Then a huge thank you to everyone who cheered me on all the way from South Africa to the USA! All my friends and family ❤️

Then another big thanks to these people who got me game ready, and gave me a place to train other than my home gym!

@kinetixbodyscience for fixing my body!
@huszkaweightliftingclub family
@defiantcrossfit

You all made this possible ❤️

Less than two weeks and I’ll be competing at the Regional Farm Games. This competition is very different to what I’m normally use to as an athlete but I’m really looking forward to testing my speed, power, strength and overall strongman / strongwomen skills!

My programming is from our @liftbigeatbig app and this one is designed by James de Lacey

Also a huge thanks to Attila Huszka @huszkaweightliftingclub and Marcus Musgrove @defiantcrossfit for letting me workout at their facilities.

And then another thank you to Tammy Marquez from @kinetixbodyscience for working on my body and keeping me moving!

ACL MCL recovery after surgery. Gotta get my guy here ready for next football season. Mobility and ability to control the body while looking at other stimuli. #athletesworkingonathletes #recovery #neufitrfp #bodiesbeyondbelief

I love the outcome but definitely not during that 20 rep back squat 😅 what we do for gains!
