🎙️ Gym Select on the airwaves! 🏋🏾‍♂️🔥

Big thank you to Radio Cayman and Dionne Anglin for giving my fiancé and me the opportunity to sit down and talk about Gym Select — what it is, why we started it, and where we hope to take it.

Gym Select is all about exploring gyms, experiencing the culture, and helping people find the fitness space that feels right for them. 💪🏾

We’re just getting started, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes us! 🌎🏋🏾‍♂️

Find your gym. Find your vibe. Gym Select.

September 30th 🙏🏽📖

A full month of consistently reading Bible verses every single day.

I’m genuinely grateful for the discipline, the lessons, and most importantly, the opportunity to grow closer to God. This month has reminded me that even a few moments in His Word each day can bring peace, direction, wisdom, and a stronger relationship with Him.

I’m thankful for how God continues to work in my life, and I pray that this is only the beginning of a deeper walk with Him.

30 days down… and I’m not stopping here. 🙏🏽❤️

No machines. No mirrors. Just bodyweight, beach breeze, and the Cayman sun. 🌴💪🏾

Calisthenics proves the gym can be anywhere — and Gym Select is all about finding new ways to move, train, and experience fitness across the Cayman Islands. 🇰🇾

Genesis 12:1-3 “Now the Lord had said to Abram, “Get out of your country, and from your family, and from your father’s house, to a land that I will show you. And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, and you shall be a blessing. And I will bless those who bless you and curse him who curses you, and in you shall all family of the earth be blessed.” taken in Tokyo, Japan by @kingcalves
