Nothing beats creating with our friends! #TBT to some great moments behind the scenes of “Cat Call “ - a fun concept that we didn’t think @DigicelCayman would accept😂 - With 5 days to prep, film AND deliver, we wanted to challenge ourselves with also adding animation into the mix as well 🤳🏽🐓

KEE TIP 🇰🇾 SQUATS- Whenever in the weight room, remember focusing on proper mechanics vs. lifting heavy is first priority. This will set up your long-term progression which then you can gradually increase the weights over time. #weightlifting #track #sports #caymanisland #grandcayman

For the next six weeks I’ll be focusing on just overall improving daily habits that bring me so much peace ✌🏾& honestly when I do all of these together I feel unstoppable 🎉
•
THE 7 DAILY HABITS
Don’t try to fit health and wellness into your life. Fit your life into the context of health and wellness. For the next 6 weeks I’ll be improving 7 areas of my being. By practicing these 7 daily habits:
🏃🏽‍♀️Exercise or move everyday.
🤸🏾‍♀️ Stretch at least 10 mins a day.
💤 Make an improvement in my sleep.
💦 Hydrate myself adequately.
🍎 Nourish myself for my goals.
📔 Daily reflection.
🧘🏾‍♀️ Daily spiritual practice.
•
I am looking forward to this journey and the accountability it brings! Of course I’m following a complete program that will keep me on track & I’ll be preparing myself to start this Saturday 💛 Doing some research on improving sleep patterns, adding better supplements to my diet & definitely brushing up on some spiritual practices 💛

Happy FRIYAY! With everything going on, I want to urge everyone to please, please hydrate! 💦 No matter the band, section, masquerader, spectators & performers take this as your super friendly reminder filled with love. Hydrate as much as you can, so if you know you only drink one bottle of water, today drink 3 💧. We all want to have a time tomorrow so don’t mess up your experience & everyone else’s because you as a hardback adult didn’t wanna hydrate 🙄😒🥰😝.
•
Hydration tip:
If you can’t stand! The taste of water try adding different fruits, I like to add lemon 🍋 and cucumber 🥒 to my water to give an extra boujie feel ☺️🥰
•
Ohh and some wise words from @_stefan.x : wear some sunscreen 🧴☀️😂
