Nine months ago we started the year with a question. Who are you before what you do? Because that's where C12 always starts. Not with strategy. Not with revenue goals. With the leader. Q1 we worked through identity, character, and what it actually means to build your business as a ministry. We talked about feedback culture, high-capacity teams, marriage, and the temptations that quietly derail even the most faithful leaders. Q2 we shifted into strategy and growth. Strategic thinking, innovation, AI, community partnerships. The grounded leader now builds. And now we're in Q3. Focus and stewardship. What you built now demands discipline. Business valuation. Sustainable growth. Abiding. The hidden battles leaders face but rarely talk about out loud. Here's what I love about this curriculum. It doesn't ask you to be a business leader Monday through Friday and a person of faith on Sunday. It assumes you're both, all the time. And it builds around that reality.
