Living in S.F. In my early 30’s I had someone sneak up behind me and put a knife to my throat outside of Delirium bar. The dude said in my ear “You’re in the wrong neighborhood Red” I spun around. Tomorrow when I wake you’ll no longer be by my side. The tears will eventually dry. The weight on my heart will subside in time. The best travel partner and true best friend. Gonna keep this nostalgia train rolling. This is @spottampa 1993. I lived in and worked at the park for about 5-6 years. Then decided to hit the road and try to pursue a career in skating for the second time. That trip landed me at Woodward, PA. I’ll never forget driving up there with @mfrazier72 as we pulled up Mike reminded me “don’t blow it” I told the camp you were cool, so my name is on the line. 😂 I think of that day and many like it often. The salad days for sure. We’ve all come a long way. There’s been ups and downs. Friends have come and some gone forever. Never lose touch of who you are and the journey you’re on. Stay positive and embrace life’s challenges. We got this! Man what I would do to be at this session again ❤️
