Open your copy of the spring issue of Jabberwock Review to page 74, and read my new short story "Linda, the Astronaut." It's about the joys and difficulties of dating an astronaut.

Very happy to be published alongside these amazing stories and poems. Buy a copy today if you can.

Unfortunately, this story isn't available online. Since it is a personal favorite of mine, I've added a link in the bio or comments for you if you read my previous and liked it. Please check it out if you can! by @kingry1200

Hey, my first short story finally got published. Yay. ‘The Man Upstairs’ is the featured story in Mount Hope Magazine for the month of February. Please check it out if you can. Or send it to a neighbor or relative that still reads short fiction! Link in bio (or comments if reading this on Fbook). My next story will appear this spring. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for reading! by @kingry1200

Looking for leads! It is finally time for me to make my first horror short film, Termite. I'll save the details for later, but, for now, I am looking for recommendations for cheapish places in which we can shoot.

The script was written with "simple" and "shootable" in mind. Nothing fancy. It all takes place within one apartment - living room, kitchen, bedroom, a hallway. I mean, some weird stuff goes down in one of the closets, but we'll most likely have to shoot that somewhere else.

I just need a very simple shooting space for our (probably) 4-day shoot. Preferably somewhere in NY, though we are open to other towns nearby. Please reach out with any ideas! If you come through, you can maybe even play one of the termites! by @kingry1200

Excited that my story ‘Hair’ made the shortlist for Fractured Lit’s Ghost, Fable, and Fairy Tale Flash Fiction Prize. I love them. I love flash fiction. So happy. Hopefully it will be published someday but if you need 676 words to fill your Labor Day, lmk and I’ll send it over. 🥰🥳🐈‍⬛🍄❤️ by @kingry1200

Very happy that my story The Man Upstairs was selected as an honorable mention out of 2,600 stories for the Zoetrope All-Story Short Fiction Prize. It was especially meaningful bc the guest judge was Jamel Brinkley, one of my favorites. The story is getting published in the February. Excited for anyone interested to check it out. by @kingry1200

Happy National Cat Day to all who celebrate. Since we only have one, I will show you the many sides of Swiss. Sometimes saucy, sometimes sexy. Sometimes the outspoken intellectual, sometimes the patient listener. Oh we love you multi-faceted kitty. 🐱🐈‍⬛ by @kingry1200
