Some of the most meaningful parts of hospitality happen through the relationships we build within the industry.

For Sam Euler, @shfmgmt has become an important part of that community. Now in his third year as a Rising Star, Sam is taking on an expanded leadership role this program year as Chair of the Rising Star Program and Young Professionals Liaison to the SHFM Board of Directors.

In addition to serving on the IAB Board, Sam is helping bring this year’s National Conference to life as a Planning Committee Member and Co-Chair of the New Member & First-Time Attendee Reception.

We’re excited to see Sam reconnect with familiar faces, welcome new ones, and represent @kinorausa, @hmgplus, @acquirehospitality, and @ahaexcellence at the SHFM National Conference in Chicago. by @kinorausa

Our Chicago Service Professionals were right in the mix at the mHUB Community BBQ, serving guests alongside an incredible group of food & beverage teams, vendors, partners, and event pros.

From the Chicken Wing Cook-Off and Robo Lounge @robotoaster to Makers Row @makecitychicago and everything in between, there was a lot happening, and even more people who made it happen.

Katalina Martinez and Kenna Burkard recently attended The Art of Pairing with @nace_chicago, an evening dedicated to exploring the relationship between wine, food, and the guest experience.

Hosted at @artifacteventschicago, the evening featured a guided tasting with sommelier John “JB” Belter, curated pairings from Beyond Catering & Events, and time with fellow professionals from Chicago’s hospitality and events community.

HMG+ was proud to staff the @bestvenuesgroup & @wewillcure Showcase, bringing together hospitality professionals for an evening of meaningful conversations, inspiring ideas, and wellness-focused experiences.

From custom tea blends ☕️ and honey tastings🍯 to seasonal cocktails🍸, incredible cuisine🍽️, and rooftop networking 🗯️, every detail created opportunities to connect with fellow event professionals.

A highlight of the evening was the fireside discussion moderated by Kathryn MacGivern, featuring @shedrackw.design, @sharistea, Fernando Coelho, and Amy Bach. Their insights on wellness🧘🏻‍♀️, creativity, and hospitality sparked✨ thoughtful conversations that continued well beyond the panel.
