Lazy edit for a very unique trip to Indonesia in 2025. Please skip if reading bores you hehe.

The trip felt like a fever dream. I don't often travel overseas let alone fly in a plane. In June 2025, me and my brother just decided fuck it we're gonna go see our family who are overseas.

Our first stop was in Indonesia to visit our uncle. The schedule he planned for us was in short random af. Life in the area we were in was chaotic, raw and old-school. At least compared to how it is in Singapore. There's a certain charm to it and seeing how the different culture made us seem like the odd ones out was really nice and humbling.

My uncle who've completely assimilated with life and thriving there was such a character. We weaved through traffic, went out super late nights in the middle of no where for supper, and travelled through biker gangs making a ruckus and causing trouble on the city roads at night like nothing. I felt weary being in a place like that filming and doing things on my own which my uncle kept assuring me that he was there and nobody's going to dare to do shit hahah. Okay mr Jack Reacher.

Overall experiecing nature to that extent, having such crazy culture shock on everything and having family that I haven't see in a long time made me love being there despite the apparent contrast in quality of living. Getting food poisoned, water being smelly and many other quirky things that just comes with living there, I'd definitely go again... just for a short while lol. taken in Bogor, Indonesia by @kinpotatoes

I think this film emphasizes on the feelings of the male members of society who are unable to speak out and are forced to be oppressed and internalize their thoughts and opinions to themselves. P.S. I'm just bullshiting hahahah just posting some random shit.
