What an amazing experience this has been. 💙

A special thank you to @officervanessampd for selecting me for The City of Miami Community Police Academy and trusting me with the opportunity to deliver the graduation remarks.

From the classroom to the ride along, the knowledge, hospitality and overall experience with the City of Miami Police Department did not go unnoticed.

From one law enforcement professional to another, thank you for welcoming me, pouring into me and allowing me to be part of such a meaningful experience.

Job well done. 💙🎓

Every milestone is a reminder that consistency will take you places talent alone never can. Grateful for how far I’ve come and even more excited for what’s ahead. This page is where I’ll document my journey through law enforcement, graduate school, leadership, and serving the community. Welcome to the journey. 💙👮🏽‍♀️

Took my baby on my bridge run. She’s heavy, the stroller heavy, the bridge heavy, everything just 10x harder but still showing up even with my cramping calf. Do it tired, do it slow, just do it, 1% Better 💐 by @kintisabostic

Why did I choose to do my 1.5 Mile Run on a bridge !? No Idea. But I was able to beat my PR mile and able to complete 1.3 miles without stopping. Consistency is everything.

2.6 MILES in one day IM PROUD OF YOU GIRL💐🤸🏽‍♀️

FEED THE COMMUNITY MIA 2026 💐🤍

My heart is so full. Thank you to EVERYONE who donated, volunteered, shared, supported, and stepped up to help make today possible. Every contribution mattered, and I’m beyond grateful.

A very special shoutout to Chef Gabby @QGSKITCHEN for preparing the food and being such a blessing in disguise. God always has a way of placing the right people in my life at exactly the right time, and I’m so grateful. 💐🙏🏾

This is what community looks like. 🤍

I planned yesterday to run a mile today without walking or stopping. I woke up upset about it raining but almost blamed the devil. Then I remembered God controls everything and realized I was sent rain so I could be cool on my run. Needless to say, I reached my 1 mile mark today. Thank God for always being on my side 💐🩷 RAIN SLEET HAIL OR SNOW WE RUNNING🤭🏃🏽‍♀️

Shout out to my mommy for the rain coat nothing feels better than having your family and friends support your journey without telling you to sit down because it’s raining 🤭 @sugarplumsfashion by @kintisabostic
