Started my birthday week with Haus of Wellness and ending it with Haus of Wellness! 🤭🤎 At this point, I’m almost considered a Haus of Wellness Vet! 😂✨

It always feels so good attending a @hausofwellnessmia event. Today’s Pilates session was hosted by Ebony Morrison, owner of Squeeze Pilates @squeezedpilates, and it was such a vibe! 🧘🏽‍♀️🤎

After Pilates, we got to enjoy some amazing wellness vendors featuring Matcha & Lattes, massages, B12 shots, wellness juices, and more! ✨

The more I do Pilates, the easier it becomes, and I can honestly say I’m starting to really like it! 🥰 Definitely ready to stay more consistent with it.

And can we talk about the venue?! The Sagamore Hotel on South Beach @sagamorehotel was absolutely beautiful. 🌴✨

Another amazing Haus of Wellness experience in the books! 🤎

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME & HAPPY 9 MONTHS TO MY KYOMI 🥹💐

Today will forever be dedicated to us for the rest of my life. My greatest gift this year has been becoming your mommy. 🥹❤️ Your smile every day reminds me that you genuinely love it here and I pray I’m able to keep that beautiful smile on your face until I take my very last breath. 🫶🏽

I’m so thankful for every lesson, every trial and error, every blessing and every person both amazing and not so amazing that I’ve encountered along the way. Somehow every experience brought me exactly where I’m supposed to be today.

This has been by far the hardest year of my life but somehow it has also been my most blessed. Motherhood has changed me, challenged me, humbled me and shown me a kind of love I never knew existed.

Thank you God for another year of life and for the greatest blessing I could have ever received. 💐🙏🏽

Happy 9 months to my baby girl and happy birthday to ME! 🥹💗🎂✨

Another Haus of Wellness event in the books! ✨🧘🏾‍♀️

What better way to kick off my birthday week than with health, wellness, and good energy? I had the pleasure of being invited to this private and intimate Sculpt & Sip experience hosted by Haus of Wellness.

We started with a Pilates class led by none other than kalynjames , the first Black Miss Alabama 👑, followed by a beautiful wine tasting, cheese & charcuterie spread, and some much-needed massages from @cardiluxx . 🧀🍷💆🏾‍♀️

I’m truly blessed to be surrounded by so many uplifting individuals. Changing my lifestyle and prioritizing my health has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Things don’t make sense until they make sense. And God has truly been connecting me with the right people and placing me in the right rooms at the right time. 🙏🏾✨

Thank you always, @drdanieldmd, for continuing to curate experiences that bring people together, promote wellness, and create community. 🤎

Already looking forward to Pool & Pilates this upcoming Saturday because whew… this Miami heat is NOT playing! 🤭☀️

How my Christmas Morning went 🥰 We were able to feed 96 people today with our Soul Food Soup Drive

God truly works in mysterious way I planned this Soup Drive at the beginning of December, however, in fear that with Miami’s Hot Winters Chicken Soup might not be the right decision🤦🏽‍♀️ Woke up today with it being 55° and all I can say is God you truly are funny thanks for NEVER failing me🙏🏽 They were super excited when I pulled up with the soup 🤣 “GIRL WE FREEZING THANK YOU”

Once again thank you to everyone who made How The Goat Saved Christmas possible from the donations, time, energy, and all of the uplifting words ❤️🤞🏽 this Christmas was success🥰 Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from Sky GOAT to yours 😘 #StaySafe #HowTheGoatSavedChristmas
