Sometimes growth requires distance.

Cutting people off isn’t always about anger or hate. Sometimes it’s about protecting your peace, making room for new opportunities, and becoming the person you know you’re capable of being.
You can appreciate the role someone played in your life and still decide they no longer belong in your future.
Growth will cost you people, habits and environments that once felt familiar.
