Did you know about this first edition called Queen of Glass? It was released in 2003 and later became the Throne of Glass series we now know and love ❤️‍🔥 The difference is the story line… while some parts are similar, our Queen ends up marrying a different Prince. One some people still wish she ended up with 👀

I haven’t read the whole thing, but I look forward to one day. To get lost in the world of Alein Fireheart ❤️‍🔥⚔️

Review of: A Time of Gladiators and Fate (arc)
PHENOMENAL TOP TIER BOOK!! Straight to the favourites collection. I almost don’t have words but I’m going to try, because I want you to read this too and be as wrecked as I am 🥲

Right from the start, I was intrigued and pulled into the story. The FMC is funny, sarcastic and always has a good come back. She reminds me a lot of Bryce from CC. I loved how the story lets us in on her thoughts, these small details make the story so engaging and relatable, I felt like she was in my own head, thinking the same things I would.
I LOVE how funny, bold and sarcastic the FMC is in the face of those intending to scare her, she’s a fantastic character and so well written. Her story just felt so REAL! The thoughts, emotions, pains. Author does a beautiful job of painting the pain of things I will never fully understand, the horrors of life back then that we will never have to experience. I continued to feel like I was IN the book. My stomach would drop, heart rate elevate, I could feel the shame and despair and horror.
At other times I was cheering out loud for her, so passionate, wanting her to succeed and show everyone what she’s got.
I loved the MMCs, and the increasing tension as the book went on.
The change in the FMC over the book was told so well, the doubts that started to come through, the identity fears and changes.
The POWER in her at the end of the book, just incredible.

I was utterly ENTHRALLED and at the edge of my seat. I had full body tingles, I was laughing, crying, feeling the horror, the despair, the grief and feeling the power. This book got me GOOD! It was SO well written and thought out, all the details and progression of the story. I truly was blown away. It was one of those stories that left me feeling a bit empty and ‘what now’ when it finished, like a part of me stayed in the book and I didn’t know how to go on without it. I am SO EXCITED already for book 2 next year.

REVIEW: (Semi spoilers) for Oaths of Land and Sea 🌊

This book was a ride! Some parts were fast, intense, and honestly emotionally damaging. I felt the pain of the FMC like she was a friend 🥺 Some parts were slower and you get to enjoy the plot, the building love story, the healing. I was really vibing the story, ready for more love until the BETRAYAL and nooo my heart shattered 😭💔 I was shocked!! What a huge plot twist.
And then the ending?! I could not believe it ended on such a cliff hanger.
This story had me hanging on for more, I was enthralled!
Can’t wait to find out what happens next and get back into Cassandreas world!

“Ugh,” a deep masculine voice chuckled, “that could have gone better.”
“Then she finally looked at the man. And if her jaw hadn’t already been chattering with cold, it would have dropped to the floor, because the man, currently working the oars to get her back to the shore, was… so attractive she momentarily forgot about the cold.”
“Yes, you stupid swamp horse, I missed you!”
