And Even Further. 次の、そのまた先へ。 10月。 振り返る間もないほど、濃密な日々が続いている。 🇯🇵 うしごろ京都とのコラボレーション。 🇪🇸 スペイン・CASA JULIÁNとのコラボレーション。 🇦🇷 アルゼンチンの畜産農家の方々の視察・アテンド。 🇺🇸 アメリカからの撮影クルーによる㐂舌韻の撮影。 そして、新会社の設立・登記完了。 2027年の海外事業展開に向けた準備とミーティング。 そのすべてと並行して、 㐂舌韻のOwner Chefとして、日々厨房に立ち、お客様を迎える。 決して楽なスケジュールではない。 それでも挑戦できる今が本当にありがたい。 世界とつながり、新しい価値を生み出し、 まだ見ぬ景色を目指して進んでいく。 でも、忘れてはいけない。 今こうして外の世界へ挑戦できるのは、 日々、現場を守ってくれている仲間たちがいるから。 一人では、決して実現できないことばかり。 それぞれが自分の役割に誇りと責任を持ち、 目の前のお客様に真剣に向き合ってくれている。 その積み重ねが今の僕たちを作り上げ、次の挑戦へとつながっている。 みんな、本当にありがとう。 心から感謝しています。 挑戦の先に、また新しい挑戦がある。 まだまだ、ここから。 Beyond the Next.
