Happy Cuesday!
#YogiCuesdayTuesday

Well, this one was a little tricky! My hair kept sliding across the floor (I have a mat though 🤔😂), so I had to keep adjusting my head while figuring out where to put my hands. 😂

I also completely forgot about the fingertip detail the host incorporated. I guess being upside down makes you forget a few things! HAHAHA!

Here's my take on a tipped and flipped table! 🙃

Catching up on Monday #shapeupmonday 🖤

I needed this kind of stretch today. It's been a busy few days with Mom's tomb and our cemetery visits. 🪦🕯️

A little late, but showing up for myself nonetheless. 🧘🏻‍♀️🖤

#FridayLinesDay

Crawling into the weekend like... 👻🕷️

Because apparently, a little yoga and a Friday challenge weren't enough. Had to throw in some horror, a dramatic hair day, and veins that decided to make a guest appearance. 😂🩸

Now tell me... is this scary enough for Halloween? 👀🎃 That little glance probably deserves its own horror soundtrack. 💀🎬

A little creepy, a little bendy, and definitely not your usual Friday crawl. 🧟‍♀️✨ Happy Friday, crawlers! 🖤🎃

Twist here, bend there, throw a leg into the equation and hope for the best. What could possibly go wrong? 😂

Play with the shape, get creative with your hands, or give it your own little twist! Let's see what kind of monsters we can make. 🤣👹

#WednesdayWheelParty 🥳⭕

A little twist, a little fold, feet meeting overhead… and suddenly breathing becomes a luxury. 😂

Also, PSA: this pose and a full stomach are NOT friends. Best attempted when your tummy is empty! 😂

So, tell me… was it just me gasping for air, or are we all secretly holding our breath to make this shape? 👀🤣

Happy Cuesday!
#YogiCuesdayTuesday

That leg though… my hamstrings were COMPLAINING after all those tries! 😭😂 And the angle? Still my nemesis! I took my sweet time with this one, and just when I thought I had it, I remembered I had to adjust that bent leg to line up with my arm. HAHAHA! The things we do for a shot! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

#shapeupmonday 🖤

Serving mermaid realness…
with a little side of confusion. 🧜🏻‍♀️😂

Sometimes the pose comes together, sometimes the hands have plans of their own, and sometimes you need to check the tutorial one more time. HAHAHAHA! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

But babyyy, we're here to play, learn, and have fun with our practice. 🖤✨

Apparently, I thought we were supposed to SIT in this one, so here's my own little version. HAHAHAHA! Don't mind me, I'm just out here mermaiding my own way. 🤣🧜🏻‍♀️
