Heart is full, basking in the feeling of knowing this is exactly the work I live for.

Holding and creating safe transformative spaces for courageous dreams to be tended and watered ☺️

More in caption!

Add LIGHT to the list! Every light possible is tuned on, more light = more awake! ✨🌞

Phone away (I either put mine on airplane mode or dnd)

Having my monitor at eye line, so my automatic gaze is exactly where it needs to be

Visible tabs are only relevant ones

Ps I used to be very restrictive about my work setup (I wouldn’t study at the library or outside) but I do love studying outside at home now, so much light hehe! And swaying trees be so calming. Library is good when I can’t bring myself to sit at my desk, or need longer focus hours than usual. by @kizspacee
