You’ve probably heard of SMART goals but here are further probing questions from Egan & Reese to ask yourself when setting goals

Save this to help you in setting goals up success in your goals!

1- is my goal specific?

2- do I have a set outcome?

3- is it realistic?

4- can I sustain it?

5- what does it look like when I’ve achieved it?

6- does it fit my values?

7- will it make a difference?

You vs I statements can make a big difference in whether a conversation turns into conflict or not.

Theory is one thing and in action is another!

Practising this on low stake/low pressure conversations could is a great idea and I’m gonna be taking my own advice 😋🤣

I statements definitely take practise and I find it very difficult
