A poetry book about being human. And being seen in all of it. 200ish pages of poetry, prose and fragments from the strange and colourful little universe of KJ Stone.

Written through love, grief, motherhood, artistry, endings that become beginnings, fucking up and finding a way back… and all the glorious uncomfortable places in between. It’s a ride .

This book is definitely not about having it all figured out … a riddle that can never be solved.

It’s about being witnessed in the aliveness of life.

For the lovers , the feelers, the artists, the misfits, the hopeful and the ones dedicated to a more honest life.

Written by KJ Stone in 2026 , because the kiln was broken and she couldn’t fire her pottery so she thought she’d better pour that energy into another book to hold.

Oopsies ….. she turned it all into poetry again and found a printer. by @kj.stone_

I’ll be ready when …… (enter excuse)

This one is for the creatives who are addicted to the dopamine rush of ideas and struggle with the follow through !

The ones who knowwww deep under the bullsh*t stories - that they are here for the wild and wonderful creative things -that are from the heart & are changing lives.

Come get on the train with me … The final stop - Completion babyyyyy!

The ideas that are meant to be birthed won’t ever leave your awareness - cos you are here to birth them and only you ! You can distract yourself as much as you like , but the energy won’t leave until you get over yourself and get it out there .

Completion builds trust and belief in self .

If you need a loving , humorous kick up the butt - and a way to tune in to the creative process so you don’t feel alone in it - I have created a sexy little offering and the l i n k (is ⬆️)

My first reaction was to laugh
when he broke up with me
barefoot and pregnant .

It was a combination of .. I’m going to be totally fine, shock and fark I did not see this move coming .

It was my mums first response too when I told her, “we are a funny family aren’t we” she said hugging me in a fit of giggles, it was the exact words I needed to hear , to cut through the shame .

I laughed fat tears when he came back and was mopping the blood from my shakey limbs , after I roared out our daughter after hours of calmly trying to breathe her here .

There were a lot of emotions felt during that time . There were words of fear that penetrated cells that took years to unravel .

I am so incredibly appreciative for that whole experience and how I learnt to love deeper , communicate clearer and create the vision on my heart .

Relationships hold the ultimate growing power and if two people can’t continue to grow together, there’s nothing like a good breakup to show us all the parts that needed to come undone . ( sending oodles of love for the darlins going through breakups - I’ve had messages from some of you , it’s hard !)

If it could all be laid out on the table
a vulnerable smorgasbord of insecurity amongst the flowers we just picked fresh , we would all see that we have similar fears. We all hold insecurities , we are all afraid to fck it up again, we are all afraid to loose ourselves within another … but it’s that energy (the fear) that keeps these stories repeating again and again .

Born to be a Wildflower - was written in a phase where I needed to press pause on my responsibilities and make fresh dance floors, play and experiences with men a priority…. Now coming back to yet another full circle ⭕️ more whole and believing in love than ever before . Ebook/Audio available through my website darlings xx by @kj.stone_

Had 25,000 tabs open in my brain last week,
pulling the dream space into reality.
Poems onto page into print.
Plus learning a handful of new things on the spot, cos that’s how I roll.
One more
computer task asking for a password or passkey or thing gone wrong would have tipped me over the edge I reckon …. Instead we went dancing.

I finished the last poem to my latest book exactly a year after I almost died on the floor in Ireland and the day a friend grew her wings 🪽

I didn’t know what to do with all the ripped out pages of poems from my notebook, so I tore them up and layered them on canvas ,along with memories, tears and collective grief singing up a woman’s heart we will never forget.

SEEN … Is a backstage pass to love, grief , sx , art ….and weird shit we pretend we are not feeling .
