Father’s Day Eve double from Adam in a semi-final win yesterday. Finals are TODAY! After, the game was over I headed down to watch some incredible dads rock - total Canadian treasures - @oddsmusic . They were so good and just seem get better every time I see them. THEN!: we had tickets to @toystory 5. We went only because @teamcoco mentioned it 17 times in his speech to @harvard grads. It was the perfect movie in a lot of was: we laughed, sobbed (note: my eyes) and both Kathy and I managed to grab a ‘lil nap in there too!

Happy Father’s Day to all dads! Being a dad is a lot of work but it’s the best job in the world and I know how lucky I am to get to do it.

Can’t wait to shave my playoff beard!

Have fun today. taken in Market Mall by @kjchix

This @bluejays fan is 11 today. Lemme tell ya he’s the real deal. He had a great year sniping goals, hittin’ triples, starring in the school musical and wearing out the keyboards on both our piano and the family computer. What a kid! As always, we love him to bits and are stoked for the year ahead. Let’s hear it for Adam everyone! by @kjchix

I got Lennie again at Starbucks this morning. Always feel like mom’s looking down when this happens. Mom loved Starbucks and would have loved seeing a Starbucks Lennie spreading positivity like pictured Lennie was doing. Anyway I’m taking it as jet fuel as I got some shit to do today! Wish me luck. #lennie #lenniesoftheworldunite #iloveyounumber8 by @kjchix

Dad would’ve been 90 today. I hope wherever he is there’s a Harvey’s burger at the top of a ladder next to a problem that only a hammer and nails could fix. Missing him today! Hug your favourite cross country skier please! by @kjchix

A little “Hot for Teacher” on a foggy drive to Vulcan, Alberta for a hockey tournament with the best guy ever.

The kids started off a little slow but fought their way into the finals and won! Super proud of all the kids. They really worked hard.

Home now. Assistant “Coach Ken” is tired. taken in Vulcan Arena by @kjchix
