finally tried @theendofking in newtown and it easily exceeded expectations.

ordered:

double fish burger: firstly, they do not skimp on ingredients with the barramundi fillets. secondly, it was 100% worth the hype (and this is coming from someone who doesn’t usually order burgers) ($28)

breakfast steak: wagyu beef and free range eggs? say less ($30)

tropical bowl: salads aren’t always exciting but i always order them bc veggies and HOLY this was spectacular. so much texture (miso walnuts, seeds, edamame) and the poached chicken was so flavourful ($26)

freshly squeezed hawaiian juice: watermelon, pineapple, apple ($9.50)

cappuccino: a very good coffee ($5)
