Byliśmy na czerwonym winobraniu w @klawo.chartow , Kropka musiała być bardziej zamknięta bo i nie miała Krówki do pilnowania i jest już większa i odważniejsza i za dużo jej było wszędzie :D

BIESIADA. The Polish Feast
hosted by @babki.club & @grape_and_grono

We celebrated Polish plant-based cuisine, giving traditional dishes our own seasonal interpretation. We cooked with fresh garden produce, wild mushrooms and herbs.

Summer Vegetable Platter 🌿

Green beans with buttery breadcrumbs and gochugaru, sautéed young carrots, green peas, a lightly pickled cucumber, grilled romaine lettuce, and plant-based cottage cheese made from sunflower seeds, tofu and garden herbs.

This dish is inspired by a traditional Polish summer lunch, with seasonal vegetables, buttery breadcrumbs and homemade pickles.

Savoy Cabbage Roll 🍽️

A Savoy cabbage leaf filled with pearl barley and freshly picked wild mushrooms, served in a rich mushroom broth.

Cabbage rolls with barley and mushrooms are part of the culinary tradition of Żuławy, brought there by settlers from central and south-eastern Poland after the Second World War.

Potato and Leek Pierogi 🥟

Delicate pierogi filled with potatoes and leeks, served with leek oil, young peas and broad beans, lemon panko, and herbs from the garden.

Pierogi with potato filling are a classic of Polish home cooking, with each region creating its own version.

Pampuch with Raspberries 🍓

A soft steamed yeast dumpling served with vanilla sauce, warm raspberries and mint infused.

Pampuchy, also known as steamed dumplings or yeast pyzy, are especially popular in the traditional cuisines of Greater Poland, Kujawy and Silesia.

BIESIADA - The Polish Feast

A late-summer celebration, the Polish way:
a countryside table and two days of plant-based comfort food. We cooked with seasonal produce from the garden and local markets, serving freshly made pierogi and potato dumplings - all paired with Polish wines, alcohol-free alternatives and wellness drinks.

Hosted by @babki.club & @grape_and_grono 🍷

Each day’s feast unfolded over four courses - traditional Polish dishes reimagined in our own way, with freshly foraged wild mushrooms, fragrant herbs and tomatoes straight from the garden.

WE DID IT 🥹 Zorganizowaliśmy stanowisko z roślinnym jedzeniem na festynie charytatywnym „Pożegnanie Wakacji” w Chartowie. Cały weekend przygotowaliśmy nasze specjały, którymi w niedzielę mogliśmy wesprzeć Hospicjum św. Kamila w Gorzowie Wielkopolskim. A przy tym wszystkim bawiliśmy się KLAWO i … zostaliśmy medalistami! 🥇❤️ @agrafka_ss

ENG: We set up a plant-based food stand at the “End of Summer” charity event in Chartów, Poland. We spent the whole weekend preparing our homemade specials, and on Sunday we got to use them to support Hospice in Gorzów Wielkopolski ❤️ And on top of all that, we had an absolute blast… and even came home as medalists! taken in Klawo Chartów by @klawo.chartow
