Crisp mornings. 🤍🤍

I know fall doesn’t “officially” start (in the N hemisphere) for another week, but as the acorns continue to fall on our roof, I can’t help but declare it’s already here! 🤗 Getting all my sweaters and beanies out. by @klbuzzell

How does a ghost trick or treat?

“Ghost” prompt from my agent, Nicole @the_t2_agency - decided to make a comic page imagining how a ghost would join in on trick or treating fun! Had so much fun making this!

My happy place is the coast (specifically cool, rocky, northern coastlines). Give me all the lighthouses, barnacles, driftwood and twisted trees. I’m sharing a bit more about the process for it over on my patreon. Where is your happy place? taken in Salem, Oregon by @klbuzzell

I started working on my sketchbook more this summer. It’s still an off and on practice since my time in art is split between so many activities. But it’s been nice to be more intentional about it and use traditional media alongside digital. And some pages are messy and some are neat (this one is more in that category). I’m hoping to share these pages fairly consistently to encourage the practice in my sketchbook.

In this page I’m planning some moon, sun and star stickers, so these sketches are now in procreate and should be ready to get printed soon. I think I’ll do celestial bundles in my shop ✨

Happy first day of October and happy #kidlitpostcard day! A Borrower having a small ponder on a mushroom while he collects fallen leaves.

I’m Kelsey and I love to draw all manner of illustrations - animals, magical folk, more animals and natural scenes are some of my favorites. I’ve illustrated several books, book covers and make stickers and other products.

I’m repped by Nicole at @the_t2_agency ✨

It’s officially fall and raining in Oregon today. “Long Shadows” an illustration prompt from my agent Nicole @the_t2_agency! I’m excited it’s fall, my favorite season, but I do love the long summer days and will be sad to leave them behind for the shorter darker days.

I’ve made updates to my shop this summer and it is ready for fall! I’ve got several new stickers and revamped some older product listings that include stickers and pins! I will be trying to add a new sticker design each month. You can find the link to shop in my bio. Swipe to see some of what is available ✨

inspired by an image from “grass to butter” - a book I read to my daughter from her preschool library (while we wait for the door to open in the mornings).
