Creatives are the new athletes!
Keys to Milan is a book created by @phammertime & @philamerica capturing 100 @polaroid of creatives that, in their view, make this city. I had the honor of writing the forward - meaningful on many levels. Milan was the first city abroad I moved to (with plans to study fashion design), it’s where @santambroeus became my local home, and mostly, because the longevity crowd isn’t talking enough about a simple truth: creatives might have actually hacked longevity.
From neuroplasticity on steroids to stress resilience, from community as medicine to finding meaning in uncertainty: these are the people who’ve figured out how to build lives worth staying in.

@sohohouse group fitness offering is getting localized and good!

@serenawilliams opens up re GLP1 in @voguebusiness and I have mixed feelings about it (tho👏🏼 for honesty)

@bof and @manojdias_ nailing it on what’s wrong with “wellness” for men

@time on AI and doctors and why the goal is key the journey to it much more complex.

And 🥂to my dear friend @floski82 for creating the largest to date @keinemusikcrue festival in Berlin (65K people) where I walked/ danced 25k steps in lass than 3h - an activity I definitely account as wellness!
