A look back at The Energy Summit. One day, a full community at 113 Spring, and energy everywhere, moving through us and all around us.

More than 25 voices across five conversations, from longevity and culture to Chinese herbal tradition and design. Energy not as an individual fix, but as something shaped between us, so we can live better, adapt quicker, and flourish together.

The day moved from dialogue into practice. A Yang Sheng Tea Ritual hosted by @zoeyxinyigong from @silverrootapothecary. Guided Energy Walks with @JoshuaJHolland, wearing @omorpho and @vivobarefoot. A Volcano Sound Bath by @lolavillabynature. A closing performance by @calebspauldingdrums.

Thank you to everyone who joined us. The Energy Exchange is on now at 113 Spring. Discover it via the link in bio.

We don’t always share press. But when someone walks into 55 Warren Street terrified of the dentist and leaves rebooked, curious about her salivary biomarkers, and genuinely using the products we sent her home with — we make an exception.

Julia Klim of In Search Of spent time with Cody and came away with something we’ve been trying to articulate for years:

“A category needs a working example before anyone can fund or build the version that scales. This is the working example.”

Diagnostics first. The mouth as an ecosystem. Nervous system at the center of the experience. That’s Smile House.

International Women’s Day 2026 🤎
Now, more than ever, the world does not need more performative power. It needs more truth, more compassion, and more women standing firmly beside one another.

I love that we have days like this to reflect a little.
I’m deeply grateful for the women who support me, and so many others - in medicine and beyond -and who continue to champion women’s health with the nuance, intelligence and humanity it deserves.

And in the end, substance is still the most interesting quality in the room.

To the women who lift me up and see my light: thank you. I hope you know how deeply I see yours too.
- Dr Tam 🤜🤛

“Each time a woman stands up for herself, she stands up for all women.”

It’s my birthday today. 41 🤍

Last year for my 40th, I flew to Paris with a dozen of my closest girlfriends and we had the most magical weekend. It felt like a movie.

It’s taken me a year to post these photos because behind the scenes I was navigating something that completely changed my life. For the past few years I’ve been dealing with a set of health challenges that took a long time to name and understand - MCAS, POTS and EDS.

There were months of constant migraines, muscle spasms, gut issues, weight gain and hormonal issues, heart palpitations, insomnia and anxiety that I couldn’t explain. It was confusing and at times incredibly overwhelming.

But here’s what I’ve learned: having an explanation is powerful. Once I understood what was happening in my body, I could make changes. I could advocate for myself. I could rebuild.

And for the first time in years, I genuinely feel strong again. Clear. Hopeful. Excited even!

I’ll share more about what I’ve learned, because I know how lonely it can feel when your symptoms don’t make sense.

But today is about gratitude.

A new year.
A new career chapter.
A new level of self-awareness.

41 feels grounded. It feels earned. And it feels like the beginning of something bigger. 🤍 This is a post where Georgia Sinclair talks about her 41st birthday which is today and reflects on the past year including her struggle with MCAS, POTS and EDS. She is excited about the improvement to her health, her new career and the upcoming year. She is alone in this photo raising her glass.
