Hi, we are Claudia and Mariella, co-founders of Kloo. And we want to make it easy for you to re-discover coffee.

Kloo creates a way to make craft coffee that leaves all the techniques and process to the masters so that you can simply pour, sip, and discover flavors you love. What once was a way to wake up seamlessly becomes a way to savor the moment. That’s what we call re-discovering coffee - tasting nuance in a once-familiar drink, and loving it!

Meet Kloo - the first coffee concentrate company founded by a Q Grader (aka coffee sommelier), launching soon on May 29th!

We are here to help you re-discover coffee, turning a daily routine into an opportunity to savor nuanced (and delicious) flavors.

Our first product, Craft Coffee Concentrate, is a sommelier-crafted, single-origin super concentrate that is 12x more concentrated than normal coffee. One shot is all you need for the perfect cup.

Fig season, meet your new coffee ritual.

Sweet, bittersweet, bubbly, and just unexpected enough to make your usual coffee feel a little less usual.

Ingredients:
+Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate
+Fresh figs
+Ice cubes
+Sparkling water

Instructions:
1. Wash the fresh figs, cut into slices, and press to extract the juice.
2. Strain the juice through a fine metal strainer to remove the seeds and pulp.
3. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes and pour in one shot of fresh fig juice.
4. Add sparkling water, followed by one shot of Kloo Craft Coffee Concentrate.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Sparkling Fig & Coffee! by @kloo.coffee

Crafted with Care 68: Pablo Casado

@pablo_fishprint turns the fish he catches in the Caribbean into minimalist works using the Japanese art of Gyotaku. Each fish is inked and pressed onto paper, capturing its exact shape, texture, and movement before becoming dinner.

There’s something beautiful about the process: the artwork preserves the fish, while the ritual makes sure it doesn’t go to waste.
