I’ll be elaborating more on my top 3 principles for personal safety, in the upcoming weeks.

These are my Top 3 but not my only 3.

Each one is a part of KM Self Defense training. Awareness, Communication, and Fight.

We’re building out a program for kids ages 6–12!

A structured Krav Maga curriculum designed to teach more than punches and kicks.

Through age-appropriate training, kids will develop fighting ability on their feet and the ground, body awareness, and develop skills to navigate real-life challenges like bullying, peer pressure, and setting boundaries.

Martial arts skills for life, not just the mat.

KM Kids is coming soon!

Stay tuned.

The correlations of Power dynamics, psychology, and physical fighting problems.

Developing your fighting abilities can begin to shift your self perception and lead you to becoming harder to hurt, harder to manipulate, and harder to be taken advantage of.

Our voices are the best tools for our personal safety. Asserting those boundaries may require our voice up to a physical response.

KM Self Defense covers these type of situations so you are more prepared ahead of time.

Your body & your voice are two of your most valuable tools when it comes to protecting yourself. 💪

Our Women’s Self-Defense class with @kmselfdefense is designed to help women become more confident, capable, and prepared through practical, real-world skills.

We’ll cover boundary management, striking and targeting, escaping grabs and holds, ground-fighting basics, and how to use leverage and body mechanics to your advantage.

You don’t have to be stronger — you just need the right tools and the confidence to use them.

Join us at Valkyrie OCTOBER 10th! and start building skills that could make a difference when it matters most.
