Why are we wearing bike helmets to make curry? 😂 Stick around.

Panang Chicken Curry 🔥🌶️ — new favorite Thai dish, easy 10/10. Sweet from the palm sugar, savory and spicy from the panang paste, and the fish sauce brings that umami saltiness home. If you’ve never had Thai food before, this is a great place to start. We used chicken but any protein works here. @knee_colez

Thai food: yes or no for you?

Ingredients
• Panang curry paste
• Coconut milk
• Palm sugar
• Fish sauce
• Red chilies
• Makrut lime leaves
• Chicken thighs
• Par-boiled rice

March 2026, I completed my first ever gravel century (106 mile ride) in Stillwater, Oklahoma. 1,132 started and 1,073 finished. I was 1,072 😝. I was selected to be a part of the coolest bike group ever 🤪, @allbodiesonbikes, and was also blessed as a recipient of the Get Here Grant, which @painpatina is the brains behind, along with @unlearnpavement
This was such a fun party on bikes and the ending is forever a core memory with a champagne spray finish for lil ole regular degular me! I def recommend MidSouth Gravel for anyone interested in a long (or short!) gravel ride/race. You for sure will not regret it!

🤔 If she learned this much in two hours! Imagine what a two-day skills camp can do for your skills on the bike!! 👍

👋 Meet Nicole! She traveled all the way from Richmond, Virginia to race at the Sea Otter Classic… and made the MOST of her time on the bike 💥

Every year at Sea Otter, through @livcyclingusa we host free 2-hour skills sessions where we pack in as much goodness as possible.

The goal? Send riders home with a few new tools in their toolbox while giving them a glimpse into just how deep the learning goes in mountain biking.

One of our favorite skills to teach? Popping wheelies! 🚲✨
Not just for fun (though they are VERY fun), but as a powerful tool to help you get up and over technical features on climbs.

Nicole jumped in, got playful, and once she learned how to pop that wheel up, she couldn’t help herself from stacking pedal strokes to see just how long she could hold it… yes!! 🙌

That’s what it’s all about. Progress, curiosity, and FUN. It makes us so happy to hear how much she learned in just two hours 💛

Nicole, we love the enthusiasm and look forward to witnessing your progress!

👉 Want to keep the momentum going? We still have a few spots open in upcoming camps:
📍 Spokane, WA
📍 Bend, OR
📍 Tahoe, CA

Come ride, learn, and play with us 💥 Link in bio to grab your spot!

Look at my race finish photos from @barispe @t.dils @jaceyraesikesphoto they make me look so cool 😭 As someone who usually finishes races in the back of the pack- i never expect to be celebrated. But at @midsouthgravel they do things differently! 10/10 day 10/10 ride. First ever gravel century ✅ these are just photos from the finish. More family @allbodiesonbikes photos and race recap are on the wayyy!! #Prepare2BeSickOfMe #gravel #midsouth taken in Stillwater, Oklahoma by @knee_colez

@therockcobbler was by far the prettiest and toughest ride I’ve ever done! Most of the ride felt like I was riding through a Microsoft backdrop 🤩
Video recap dropping soon! It’s a rowdy one

One of the main reasons I wanted a gravel bike was to participate in all the mixed terrain group rides RVA has to offer! My first Coffee Grinder XL was a cold/wet one but I had a blast! Precision was the name of the game. Zero falls😇 Just a whole lot of squeaky brakes. S/o @outpostrichmond @dirtbags100 for providing such fun routes! #cycling #gravel #outpostadventureclub by @knee_colez
