New progression post these pics are out of order oh well but the pic with me having crazy hair and the beard was before things were getting hard for me to handle, second pic was me going through shit, third pic is me getting out of the shit and getting my shit together. But I have been seeing a lot of people going through a lot of mental health struggles it’s important to have friends in your life, my homies like @knoustraining @amberashlyy have been through thick and thin with me. I am proud to have these two as friends they continue to help me to be a better version of myself. Whatever life throws at you do not fucking quit the world beats you up plenty you don’t need to do it any favors by beating yourself up too, so lift heavy shit and enjoy the day because you are stronger then you think!! by @knoustraining
Weight loss update. Last week I dipped down into the 206’s. Which means once I stabilize there, I’ll have officially lost 30lbs! Typically I’ll dip down, wiggle back up in weight for a few days to a week, then drop down and stabilize at that new low! Down roughly 30lbs. Pull-ups are a lot easier (today marks day 557 of pull-ups after every workout). Bench is a lot harder. Hiking is a lot easier. Keeping up with my wife on chores is a lot easier. And I no longer snore, so that’s cool. @614barbell_ #knoustraining by @knoustraining
