Here's to many many many more years of rough housing, hair care, matching outfits, deep conversations, lifting weights, cosplaying, pure love and shenanigans! I love you ♾️💎LV🩶 by @know_kneel

Squat: 202.5kg/446.4lbs
Bench: 137.5kg/303.1lbs
Deadlift: 250kg/551.2lbs
590kg/1300.7lbs!
My first going 9/9 and competing for a cause with all PRs! Left way more in the tank than I anticipated. But it just leaves more PRs for the next comp! I want to give special thanks to @bstreet70673 and @cam.akira for all the advice during recovery from a very bad knee injury. @banhmi.barbell for helping with warmups, lift offs, and attempts! BIGGEST, thanks to @diamondvolk for helping with being mentally strong during this whole prep! Thanks to everyone who came out to watch as well!

So.... we went on a cruise. This was our first cruise together, and we were pleasantly surprised. Despite Neil frying up in the sun, we had a good time swimming with the pigs, goofing around, eating nonstop, and looking good (we gain the weight we lost!)

Here's to more vacations together ✨️ by @know_kneel

The end of the Juggernaut Ai Program! Through injuries, long work days, or sandbagging this program has WORKED me. I didn't preform the way I wanted but I touched weight that I never have before this program. Fail sets are still sets.

Is the Zen’in Family All Bad? 👀

I had the opportunity to interview two amazing cosplay guests: Maki Zen’in and Toji Fushiguro cosplayers!

We dove into the big question: Is the Zen’in family really all bad? Because these cosplayer made them seem nice!

We discussed what truly makes a top-tier anime and highlighted a hidden gem that many fans may have overlooked because it never received an English dub. Plus, we broke down how the Shibuya Incident changed the landscape of Jujutsu Kaisen forever. From shocking character moments to heartbreaking losses, the arc delivered an emotional rollercoaster that left viewers stunned and sparked countless conversations throughout the anime community.

Check out the interview as we celebrate cosplay, anime storytelling, and the moments that keep fans coming back for more!

"A promise ring can mean many things, but to us, it means we promise forever to each other..."

For me, I didn't book this photoshoot for a special occasion, but more so to show that a love this beautiful is an everyday thing. A just because thing. When I look at Neil, my heart sings a tune only I can understand, and it's speaks amazing things to me. I founded love with everything around me, such as family and friends, but to find love in someone who gives everything to give me happiness, clarity, and peace: it is like I am the luckiest woman in the world. Thank you China, for being a kind person who knows how to capture love (from one lover girl to another) and setting the scene. I will look at these photos, knowing we got to capture something beautiful beyond words. I present to you: Our love story 💚🖤

Nei: Being at Blerdcon feels like we at a family reunion!!
Me: RIGHT!!

This was our first Blerdcon, and when I tell you we felt free, we really mean that!! This convention felt like home. From the people being kind and welcoming, the variety and amount of great panels, all the amazing cosplays, from beginner to advanced, to the convention smelling good despite how packed it was, it just shows just how elevated that a nerd convention can be when it is RUN by blerds and for Blerds, and that just puts a smile on my face. Thank you to the people of @blerdcon for creating a space for us. Thank you to all the people who were sweet and welcoming to us. This is one to remember, and we CANNOT wait to be back next year....that's for sure 😌🙂‍↕️

Took the Cresta to @carsandcoffee804 Hull Street. I'm starting to go to more events and post my car that I've had for 3 years 😅. I'll do an official walk around and dyno video soon. I've never been a car content guy, so if anyone has any advice or wants to help out, just DM me.
