My name is Dr. Kishan Anil Davda, ERAS 2027 IM MATCH APPLICANT | ECFMG CERTIFIED | MBBS an International Medical Graduate (IMG) who completed my MBBS from Guangzhou Medical University, China. My journey wasn’t easy. I couldn’t secure a government medical seat in India, but I refused to let that define my future. With the grace of God, the unwavering support of my parents, and consistent hard work, I went on to pass FMGE, obtain my medical license in India, clear USMLE Step 1 & Step 2 CK, earn my ECFMG Certification, and I am now applying for an Internal Medicine Residency in the United States. Beyond medicine, I am also a medical content creator and educator through my Instagram platform, @know_your_doc , where I simplify medical concepts, guide aspiring doctors through the USMLE and FMG journey, and share evidence-based educational content to help medical students and healthcare professionals grow. Also a big shoutout to Dr.Ratesh Khillan sir @brooklynusce, for believing in me and helping me with my growth. Now it’s time to hold up to my end of bargains. This journey has taught me one thing: Time heals everything. Every setback is an opportunity to come back stronger. Here’s a saying that was made especially for you: “If you cannot say something nice, don’t say anything at all.” If you have the ability to compete with this brilliant doctor based on intellect, come right on! Be smart about what you do and what you write on the internet in front of thousands of people. Your racism is visible for the world to see, and it can end up very poorly for you.
