Before I knew it I got into a flow state and did a 10km that didn’t felt like I was suffering. 🤪

Was that roommate Filipino? 🤔

I’m always in awe when this name comes up because the amount of work and contribution and reshaping this person has done for Philippine rugby was massive. Like Tommy, I also connected to the volcanoes through @jakeyletts and it was during an under 20s 7s tournament when Philippines came to Hong Kong and that I met him and gave me the opportunity to train with the Philippines later on.

This encounter changed the course of my rugby journey and I’m forever grateful to get to represent 🇵🇭. @philippinerugby

Hyrox single was a different beast.
2 weeks was definitely not enough to prepare for it.
But a good experience at that.

See you soon to the boys leaving us. Especially, @rjguatlo who has been such an integral member of the team in the last 3 years with plenty of games, socials, tours and Tokyo memories.

Rugby resumes for @tokyogaijinrugby in preparation for @kltigersrfc tournament and Shuto Shield.

Reminder not to sign me up for single. 😂

I’ve had 2 weeks to prime myself for the day with a focus on running (surviving). FYI, I’m not hating on the event coz I do believe that it’s good to aim for something, especially for people new to training and participating in events. So, I’ve experienced single, and big up to the single participants out there.

Especially, massive kudos to my 30-34 group. Lost them on the run then found them on the station. We were all fighting our own demons and managed to get through it.

Another event to add to the list where my kids could see me, in this case, watch me give it my all in suffering and with a smile.

Comment which station you find the hardest?

My roomie was none other than the youngest player in the team with a try on debut, capped twice and caretaker of Lapu Lapu The Turtle - @kyle_westbrook10

Good times were had and he showed it in his hunger to do more on the pitch and having a dig at the old boys.

We’re all young at heart and age is just a number.
