Still buzzing from the Unions Cup back in July. Always proud to pull on the jersey and come together with the boys. 🏆

Still working on that dive 🤞🏼

Shout out to Wingsang for what would be his FIRST international cap! Wingsang did not make the final playing squad last year and we are so proud of him for being named this time round!! ❤️‍🔥 Hard work pays off!

I altered the ‘rap’ bridge part to make it my own (also because I’m not that confident in my Japanese rap sound 🙈)

Heard FLOW is coming to 🇭🇰!! Excited to finally watch them live!! 🔥

As we get closer to Unions Cup 2026 we wanted to share some BTS pics by @sommaisports in our first game of the Unions Cup 25 against the defending champions @singaporerugby 37-20

As you have seen we are fundraising to get the team to this years tournament in Thailand.

We recognize the significant financial challenges the PRFU is navigating following recent sponsorship withdrawals. To support the Union’s efforts and build on the model from last year, players are once again coming together to contribute toward the 2026 Union’s Cup in Thailand

We respect the difficult position this creates for the union, but we also feel strongly that wearing the national jersey should be accessible to all selected players, regardless of their financial circumstances.

We’re raising funds to get the defending champions to Thailand together selected on merit, not money and to cover the core costs of touring safely and professionally.

Fundraising target
Our total team fundraising target is ₱1.1 million PHP (approximately £13,400 / $18,100 / HK$142,500 / A$25,300).
Amounts are approximate and may change slightly with exchange rates.

The first ₱650k PHP will be for tournament costs this needs to be raised by 31st of May 2026.

The 2nd ₱450k PHP will be for player contributions which cover kit, insurance and accommodation this needs to be raised by 30th June 2026.

Reaching this target allows:
• Waive the ₱15,000 player contribution so selected players aren’t priced out of representing the Philippines.
• Accommodation for the squad during the tournament period in Thailand.
• Medical and player welfare (on site medical/physio support, injury management, return to play support).
• Coaching and management support (coaching staff, team management and operations).
• Training camp and preparation (pre tournament camp in Thailand, field hire and logistics).
• Tournament and logistics costs (entry/participation, equipment transport/excess baggage, local ground transport).
• Team equipment and kit support (playing and training kit, competition equipment).
• Remove financial barriers for all selected players so selection stays based on merit, not money.

𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐭.

My music journey isn’t glamorous. Expensive flights. Cheap hotels. Self-funded. No profit. Short stays. Then back to my full-time job as a primary school teacher.

The journey is often lonely too. Often the only one flying back early because of work. Always feeling like I’m gambling with my livelihood & health for music. Always questioning whether it’s actually 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐭.

But this time was totally different.

I got to perform in Japan! 心強い仲間と共に! I got to see my brother again! I formed new connections there! I got to sing my own songs in Tokyo! People sang along! I got to give out my first merch! I got to experience a taste of the band scene there!

𝐈𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐢𝐭.

It was SO FUN 😆

Can’t wait to see my nephews! 👶🏻👶🏻 @kohei.mitz
gonna be so #wholesome 🥹

despite being half Japanese, I’ve only visited Japan TWICE my whole life 🙈 guess my family couldn’t afford it, but it’s okay because now that I’m old, I can afford it so hopefully I can catch up to the number of times all my friends have been to Japan 🤣

🎶

I literally just made this song last week (sudden burst of inspiration) & rushed to get it mixed & mastered this week 😅 so it can be out asap. Huge thanks to @leobrumoficial 📀⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What an honor to lead the Philippines Men’s 15s Volcanos 🌋. From the shoulders of the early Volcanos to those who currently wear the Sun and the Stars, I look at mga kapatid ko with love and gratefulness. From 2006 through to the present, the bonds of brotherhood and connection to Pamilya are at the heart of the Men’s 15s program.

To 2025 Unions Cup Champions, thank you for the effort, the trust and the willingness to live in the moment to leave the jersey in a better place.

To the PRFU, thank you for creating the opportunity for us to return to international rugby and for giving this generation of players the opportunity to belong. To Ada (@ada_milby) and Alex (@alex.menard84) thank you for the unseen work behind the scenes. To Leng (@lalainejoyce), Jun (@junwhei) and Doc (@davidcadamson) thank you for the tireless efforts to keep the boys performing. A special nod goes to Tommy (@coach.tommyg) as he stepped in as Assistant Coach at the last minute but showed leadership, initiative and care to support the rapid evolution of the boys into a team.

Finally, I will be forever grateful for the support of my wife @jusutcliffe to drive live my dreams.
