iced plum matcha latte since the sun came out today. 🟣🍑🍒🍵 A very summery drink indeed ♥️ I didn't like the plum matcha on it's own since it was tart and acidic but slightly sweet. Its like a cross between a somehow unripe cherry and peach. I went ahead and made a jam/syrup and it's actually really good. The tart and tangy plum is balanced by the sweetness and makes a very fruity addition! ♥️

MOTD: Etenraku @wakokorotea stands out pretty well in this drink. Its so rich and umami forward smooth and clean finish 💚

let’s make a 5g matcha latte with HANA Blend by @capimatcha.official 💗🍵

— love how HANA really lets its matcha character shine. It has an earthy depth with just the right amount of umami, followed by roasty and buttery notes that make each sip feel full and satisfying. Even with its more pronounced character, it still finishes surprisingly clean. I enjoyed this one unsweetened.

How to maximize your protein intake?

Make a strawberry matcha latte with @barebells.mysg :)

Using matcha from @elahmatcha, it's nutty and really smooth.

If you’re trying to sneak in a little more protein too, you should give this combo a try. 🥳

add more whimsy to ur iced matcha latte ⭐️ my current fixation? making star-shaped matcha ice ✨

the matcha ice should be lightly diluted. use 2g matcha + 200ml water just to get the color of it, it can make a handful of star ice. especially if you’re making a latte with 4g matcha but don’t want to double up on the caffeine.

Have you tried lychee matcha?

I’ve been obsessed with lychee the last few weeks and it’s sooo good on hot afternoons. So I thought why not try it with matcha? 😋

I'm using @furinmatcha which has a really fresh, lively flavour with a nice umami without being too intense. There’s a slight bitterness that keeps it refreshing, then it finishes with a gentle sweetness that lingers. I love the owner's story - she moved to Japan to start this! So dedicated 👏🏻👏🏻

Just another day, cold whisking another bowl 🍵

There’s something so satisfying about watching the matcha slowly melt into cold milk—no shortcuts, just patience and a little wrist workout. every whisk brings out a silky texture and lets the tea speak for itself 🥛
