The only way I could have strength and keep going is through my God. Could not have done this with Jesus, My coach @atcpowerlifting , and my supporting friends and family :) taken in Oklahoma City Convention Center by @koislifts

Genuinely this has been one of the most challenging things I’ve done in a while. Deads being my overall best lift I’ve been struggling with form and getting my hips through ever since being back in school and today it finally clicked. It’s been very frustrating and knowing I can do it but all this to say is to keep grinding never give up. You may be really good at something but there is always room for more improvement:)! #deadliftpr by @koislifts
