For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

Jesus is the reason for the season.

Merry Christmas ❤️

Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Once upon a time there was a boy who loved a girl and her laughter was a question he wanted to spend his whole life answering. Cheers to another golden year together.

One of the highlights of creating these videos with diverse individuals has been gaining insights into the varied perspectives that people from different nationalities and backgrounds bring to Jiu Jitsu. Despite these differences, we often find common ground, particularly in the importance of the mental aspect within the BJJ culture.

Sometimes, it’s a close friend or family member who introduces us to Jiu Jitsu, which may not initially seem appealing to those unfamiliar with it. However, it doesn’t take long for any of us to recognize the life-changing benefits it offers.

Thank you, @kokay22, for sharing your thoughts with us. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your journey.

A stripe & a belt higher 🟦🟦🟦⬛🟦

It has been an amazing and humbling journey to where we are today. BJJ has been one of the best decisions we've made and @brazierjiujitsu is at the centre of it all.

We are so grateful to Chau Ramos for introducing us to this wonderful sport and our sensei @andrezavatini & @leandrogsp for being with us every step of the way on and off the mat, plus everyone in training for all the tough and flow rolls, laughs, encouragement and support. You guys are amazing.

Cheers to many more years together ❤
