Great Saturday of football with the lads!

My thighs and hips were shot after a full hour of it

I'm a big fan of playing different sports and exposing the body to different demands

That's what makes a well-rounded athlete - the ability to display a multitude of physical qualities

We did not get a win this time, but we'll do it again soon!

The first ABCoaching football was a success!

Great morning out with the crew.

I forgot how enjoyable playing a football match is! There's nothing better than spending the Saturday morning moving the body, competing, and having fun.

Some of the lads even invested in a new pair of boots for this one (including myself kkk).

We have all heard that motivation is volatile and that discipline is what gets us where we want.

While I do agree with it, I do believe we can all do with the odd motivation boost!

Often, playing a game that involves fitness and strategy gets people to join and challenge themselves.

The football match on Saturday gave us the motivational shot we needed to continue to work on our fitness and live a long, enjoyable life.

One of the highlights of creating these videos with diverse individuals has been gaining insights into the varied perspectives that people from different nationalities and backgrounds bring to Jiu Jitsu. Despite these differences, we often find common ground, particularly in the importance of the mental aspect within the BJJ culture.

Sometimes, it’s a close friend or family member who introduces us to Jiu Jitsu, which may not initially seem appealing to those unfamiliar with it. However, it doesn’t take long for any of us to recognize the life-changing benefits it offers.
